The test results came quickly once they received the packet, the results were clear and organized well, setting up the nutritional consultation was easy, and the nutritional consultant was polite, competent, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this company.

So happy I decided to get a YorkTest food sensitivity test. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the customer service was stellar. My results were well explained and easy to comprehend. I was shocked to see what I was sensitive to and felt so validated. Only 2 days eliminating those foods and I’m already feeling SO MUCH better! Yorktest was super easy to complete and return! I ordered the adult and junior sensitivity test. The results are easy to read, very straight forward. I was also contacted to set up a follow up consult with a nutritionist. Pamela was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Our daughter was diagnosed with very early onset IBD when she was 1.5 years old. Traditional treatments have helped get her disease under control, but now that she's stable we're doing everything we can to understand what lifestyle changes we can make to heal her body and prevent future flair ups. We did the junior food sensitivity test and learned that we had been feeding our daughter all 3 of her highest reactivity foods for breakfast every day. After my whole family took the food sensitivity testing we did get a nutritional phone call for our daughter’s test results! Kerri was absolutely fabulous. I was already pretty familiar with most of this as my husband did his food test last year and we had already made a lot of positive changes, and since hers were similar to his, it wasn’t as drastic of a shock. We knew that this was legit after making his food changes a lifetime of headaches went away. Our daughter’s symptoms also went away and she’s feeling so much better! I also took her to a local allergist to confirm this was accurate before making changes and he agreed no further testing needed that the YorkTest was accurate. The nutritional counseling was beneficial and I highly recommend it! Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was patient, a great listener and kind!

This has been truly life-changing for me!

I knew from experience that I was sensitive to dairy and wheat, but eliminating those didn’t resolve my issues, mainly inflammation. Since traditional labs didn’t offer the comprehensive testing that YorkTest provides, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did!

My results came back with about a dozen items marked in red (high sensitivity) and another dozen in orange (medium sensitivity), which was a bit overwhelming! I was then connected to a nutritionist, Kerri, who recommended avoiding the top 5 items on the list for three months.
