My first package arrived damaged, so I phoned up and got straight through to an actual person very quickly. They were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly and easily with no inconvenience to myself. A replacement arrived in reinforced packaging at no extra cost. Excellent customer service.

The ordering process was easy and straightforward after which things went downhill. The delivery company (EVRI) is one of the worst in my experience, failed to provide anything other than nonsense estimates and then delivered my order to an entirely different address, leaving me to have to track it down and retrieve the goods. Yorkshire Trading telephone support failed (surprise surprise) to ring me back despite their promise to do so. To top it all, once unwrapped, I discovered one of the generally very good trellis panels was damaged.

Fantastic troughs - well made with thick plastic and ability to input drainage holes. Would highly recommend. They look exactly like pictures and descriptions at an excellent price. Would buy again

I only decided to shop on Yorkshire trading.com because the cigarette filters I required were a lot cheaper than I’d previously been paying as I was buying those. I spotted a couple of other items that I wanted to buy, unfortunately I bought a box of ice cube bags however they are not self sealing so I could only actually get half of each bag before I needed to actually knot them, so it’s very much a case for me I’ll swings and roundabouts.
However, I did receive my parcel very quickly and it was very well packed

This company is quite simply and purely 'a cut above the rest'. The products are amazingly priced, the packaging is outstanding and the shipping is super speedy. I will forever be returning for more and more goodies, again and again...

After visting there stire on the 21th june 2026 and been over charged
And explaining I am deaf and only there for the day twice there have asked me to call them iv given proof of over charge for goods that were reduced and explained I can't phone to been deaf there then ask me to go back to whitby for refund .
Again I explained I was only visting for the day and live away
Has a deaf and disabled person this isn't the right way for a company to act .

On finding out from myself EVRi were not delivering my parcel, Yorkshire Trading recalled the parcel from EVRi and sent a replcacement parcel by DPD which arrived in a reasonable time.

I got the paint I wanted. Looks good.

The candles smelt stronger when they were unlit, but you get what you pay for, saying that they were cheper than other bands of soya candles.
