I can't recommend this company too highly. No matter where you are in the country, you can experience the best honest, old-fashioned values of a Yorkshire business, supplying superior quality products as fashionable or as traditional as you wish. And you'll get unbeatable product and service advice if you need it. I shopped here because they were the only supplier I could find for particular tiling I needed to match an existing installation. I received great advice that saved me money, time and worry, and the product I needed delivered to my door within a few days. Matchless!

Great customer service
I contacted the company as the alape sink I had purchased from another company was missing bits and they were being unresponsive to my messages. Paul at Yorkshire Design Associates couldn't have been kinder or more helpful in sourcing the missing items for me. Highly recommend.

Great Service From YDA
I wish all service providers were like Yorkshire Design Associates.
Georgie at YDA patiently worked with me over a period of time to find exactly the right solution for my shower tray. She provided both samples and good advice while never pressuring me in any way.
The price YDA charged was fair and communication with them was second to none.
I would have full confidence going back to YDA for any future projects and I unreservedly recommend this company.

Disappointing....feels like I was robbed.
Actually the representative was very good..but in requesting a repair kit for Aquabella shower tray..that had cost over £700...I was charged £46 for a nail polish size bottle of paint. This was theft and undermined Yorkshire Design Associate who should have rebuked the charge imposed by the 3rd party as outrageous. The scratch may have been present on delivery, only shows when wet so difficult to substantiate but very poor by YDA and therefore could not recommend.
Update to Average. I have seen response so I am happy to clarify, YDA were very good. Apart from they should not have charged £46 for this mini repair kit, well very small bottle of paint. Whatever planet you live on, p&p included the cost was just outrageous.

We are however taken back to read the review you have taken the time to provide for us.
Due to the nature of the high-quality products we supply, all items received to our showroom undergo a thorough quality check process before being sent out to any customer. We sent you a follow-up email to ensure that you had received the shower tray OK and you had informed us that ‘all was good and you were very happy with it’.
You had contacted ourselves a week later to inform us that after your shower doors had been fitted, that a very small chip had appeared but you did not want to make a fuss with your plumber over this. Notwithstanding the information you provided us with, we still did our utmost to try and find the best solution for you by contacting Acquabella’s technical and quality team. Despite our efforts, Acquabella also deemed the chip in the shower tray to be from a hit to tray.
We are deeply saddened that you have considered this to be theft on our part as we had significantly discounted the shower tray for you at the time the order was placed and informed you that the repair kit that would be ordered was the mini repair kit. You are also aware that we provided the mini repair to you at cost price, therefore not gaining anything ourselves from this unfortunate situation.
We are sorry to hear that despite all our efforts you still feel that the level of service we provided was not up to your standards.

Purchased a Chambord sink and tap.
I found the staff to be very professional, approachable and responsive.
There were some problems around the delivery and also, the wrong tap was sent from their suppliers.
However these issues were very quickly and efficiently dealt with by the Yokshire Design staff.
And yes, I would definitely purchase from them again.
