I cannot recommend Yorkshire Dental Suite highly enough for anyone considering new teeth. While Dr. Nigel’s artistry and precision are truly second to none, what really sets this clinic apart is the entire staff.

From the moment I walked in, the reception team made me feel like a VIP, and the dental nurses and coordinators were incredibly supportive throughout the whole journey. It’s a seamless, professional operation where everyone is at the top of their game. Thank you, Dr. Nigel, and the whole YDS team for my new smile!

Always a pleasant experience. Dr Dharmesh is brilliant, amazing with children, and I am always very pleased every time I see him. The work i have done by Dr Dharmesh is top tier. The ladies on the front are always kind and smiley. Great place.

Had composite bonding in Leeds and the service was excellent from start to finish. I am really happy with the appearance of the work carried out and would highly recommend Sarah as a dentist.

Such a great place to visit. They make you feel at ease, explain everything as the continue their work on your teeth. Such a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend staying in the UK when getting your perfect smile and going to YDS. Great people.

I attended Yorkshire Dental Suite recently for what I believed was a pre-arranged collaboration appointment.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear there had been a lack of communication internally. The team had no idea why I was there and initially treated me as though I was enquiring about paid cosmetic treatment packages.

Once I clarified that this was a gifted collaboration appointment (which had been organised externally), the tone noticeably shifted.

During the appointment, the dentist left the room and spoke about me to other staff members while I was still in the chair. I could clearly hear comments being made about me “thinking I’m an influencer” and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. There was laughter. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Regardless of whether someone is a paying client, enquiring client, or attending via collaboration, no one should be made to feel embarrassed or spoken about in that way while still in the treatment room.

I drove an hour for this appointment, gave up my weekend, and left feeling humiliated.

Professionalism and basic respect should apply to everyone walking through the door — not just those paying for high-ticket cosmetic treatments.

Very disappointing experience.

I found Wakefield YDS to be so friendly and made me feel at ease.
I had a consultation with Dr Khan who I explained that I would love to have the perfect smile for my wedding in May. I have always hidden my teeth when smiling. During my consultation Dr Khan went through my different options. I had gum test x-rays etc. I decided I would like to have eight veeners to create the perfect smile.
My main worry and concern was that I wanted it to look natural and not over the top. Dr Khan put me at ease and answered all my questions.
Dr Khan prepped and fitted my temporary and permanent veeners. They look amazing!! I now have a natural, amazing looking smile.

Really great experience for a dentist 😬 it is a long time to sit in the chair nearly 4 hours for 6 teeth having nano bonding, really happy with the results, still a little more work to be complete. Liv the dentist was fab, I think Emma was support both put me at ease, continually asked that I was OK. Girls on reception are really nice and caring they make you feel very welcome and important as a customer

I had an absolutely FIVE star experience at YDS in Manchester !
From the second I booked my appointment the staff were absolutely gorgeous - shoutout to Ellie and Evie who were both excellent communicating with me both prior to the appointment and during.
The dentist (Mahesh I believe ) was such a lovely guy and really put me at ease.
Honestly I would recommend this place to everyone !

My 1st visit and it was not your usual dental visit! Relaxed atmosphere front of house very attentive (Emily at the Hessle branch)So very good 1st impressions.

Had my consultation with Dr Bilal in Manchester who was so friendly and informative and talked me through a really good plan to get me where I need to be with a happy new smile. Clinic in Manchester is 10/10 all staff are friendly and would completely recommend. Thanks again!! Xx

Honestly absolutely amazing service from my dentist at Guiseley! I had done before at another dentist and I’m so impressed how much better they are! Felt so looked after! Worth every penny x

I visited the YDS today. I was welcomed by Emily who was lovely and attentive, she made me feel at ease and explained how my consultation would go.
I was then given a goody bag and offered a drink. The dentist and dental assistant were very nice and explained everything in detail to me after I had scans done on my teeth.
I visited YDS as I need an extraction and fillings and got to discuss other potential things that I might want to do in the future, the different options for removal or root canal treatment were discussed with me.
I then met with Tyronne who discussed different financial options. I decided to go ahead with treatment and have a appointment with all treatment to be done at once, and the appointment is only 2 weeks away whitch is great.

Deffinetly recommend YDS

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Each procedure was explained thoroughly. All the plan worked out to suit my affordability no pressure sales. All finance options explained the process took minutes to approve. Fantastic service.

Absolutely wonderful staff! I loved being treated like a VIP. The dentist was fab. Took his time explaining everything and was just a genuinely interested guy!

I felt heard. For the moment I walked in the door the whole team were amazing. They were understanding and reassuring. They understood my fears and for me this was very reassuring. They understood were my fear came from. They also listen to me talking about my health and were I was with my post menopause. Because as we learn more about how menopause can affect all parts of our bodies and this can be our teeth and gums also. They also listen to family history about gum disease. At no point was I made to feel guilty or a ashamed about my teeth. I was very realistic about finances and they worked with me to find the best plan for me with realistic outcomes. Ive gone from never wanting to visit a dentist because of my fear to looking forward to it.. for me personalIy it was not only about the smile but also about no more pain and in the near future eating a apple.
