I placed an order with Yorkshire Bedding in May for 2 king size fitted sheets, 2 double fitted sheets, 2 double mattress protectors and 2 king mattress protectors.
I washed them and placed in my cupboard ready to put on our beds. The sheets and double mattress protectors were fine and fitted well. The King protectors would not fit on our king size bed. After measuring them I found out they're double size but with a King label. Also the design is totally different to the double protectors I purchased even though they're the same protectors just different sizes.
I contacted Yorkshire Bedding and I had nothing but trouble. Messaged for 2 days and they first said I could return but would have to pay return postage. Then said I'd had them longer than 14 days so couldn't return them. It says this on their website: If the products are defective, have been incorrectly described, differ from a sample or displayed products, or do not perform as promised, we will refund the purchase price and pay the return shipping costs.
I've sent them photos showing protectors and with tape measure to prove size. Now they're not replying to me. All I want is the right size protectors, that were described on their website, and that will fit our king size bed. Going by the reviews here on Trustpilot you can see how untrustworthy they are.
DO NOT BUY FROM YORKSHIRE BEDDING.

I ordered curtains which stated online that they were lined.
When they arrived they were made of a single piece of fabric with no lining
I contacted their customer services through Onbuy and they were completely rude and uninterested.
They have now accepted that they are selling items that are wrongly listed but want me to pay return postage.
I've escalated it through OnBuy, hopefully they'll make them do the right thing.

Ordered a 'black-out' curtain, which let the light through without any black-out effect at all. When I complained to Yorkshire Bedding customer services they said it was because it was a light colour, but claimed it had blackout lining; there is no lining (one thin layer of fabric) so maybe they mean the fabric is treated, but it certainly doesn't work as black-out. They gave me the option of sending it back at my own cost within 14 days or a 20% discount. I feel the item was mis-sold, and would not use them again. Customer service did email promptly, to their credit - but product was very shoddy.

I was dubious having seen the reviews. First time I came across the company I didn’t order.

Then I read some of the good reviews and decided to give them a go.

I ordered fitted sheets x 3 super king, and a couple of pillow cases.

They are thinner than most, but have washed fine and still fit the mattress after washing. (Some shops don’t as they shrink).

I didn’t notice the thinness sleeping on the sheets. And maybe it was coincidence but the first night with them on the bed is one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while!!

Super king bedding can get expensive, however this company are very reasonably priced.

I am the first to complain however, there is nothing to complain about regarding my purchase.

Now I say I am also the first to credit a company.

I finally got my duvet and guess what?? It is the first duvet that actually fits the cover! That is definitely a first.

I have spent a lot of money on duvets and they do not fit the cover. But today it did.

After reading so many bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised! Ordered on monday night, dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday…What a service! No problem with anything, products or delivery. I got what I ordered and at a great price. I would definitely order again from Yorkshire bedding.

Sent a quilt back ,and still waiting for a refund ,dont trust this company all they want is your money and give no service back ,shame on you rip off Britain

Sheets arrived with what looks like blood stains on them?!
Also fulfilled via Amazon who I tend to avoid as everything I've ordered from them in recent years has been awful quality.
The sheets also feel really cheap, and the duvet is really poor quality. Scratchy, not cotton as advertised.

Do not use this company for any goods they stipulate that it’s cotton and silk and it’s not not only that when you return items they try and make out they have only received part of the order to accumulate their loss sent several emails order was nearly £40 only received £3.69 back

I purchacd a Extra Deep Fitted Sheets 40cm and wax fery dussapointed with the quality and fit.
Because if the poor design the fitted sheet is forever coming off the matress and requires constant attention.
My advise. Don't bother

Finding mainly fitted sheets online, I came across super king-size Egyptian cotton flat sheets at an extremely good price. Bought 2 pairs which entitled me to free postage. They arrived within a couple of days and I'm very pleased with them for the price. You can buy thicker ones for a little bit more but these really are a bargain. I received a gift for my purchase and I was very pleased with 2 lovely velvet cushion covers! I expected them to be very basic but they really are very good quality. I'll definitely recommend this company

clear and timely communications, received ontime. ordered 9 sherpa blankets two sizes, I expected them to be thicker and a bit bigger. they are soft enough, summer weight only and stitched well.

The negative reviews do not reflect my experience of this company. I have just received my 4th order from the company and as usual the quality is excellent. All products so far have been soft and what you need for a good night's sleep and are the same after several washes. Ordered on Monday and delivered on Wednesday in robust packaging. Excellent service and very competitive pricing. They use Amazon logistics as a courier and my experience from other retailers suggests they have teething problems which should get better. Slight negative is the use of discount codes which needs Customer service intervention which needs to be resolved for the future

Ordered 2 duvet sets, 2 fitted sheets and 2 packs of pillow cases. One of the duvet sets unfortunately arrived in the wrong size. Customer services picked up my message immediately and dispatched the correct size duvet set which arrived within 2 days. Great value for money and fantastic customer service.

Ordered navy blue velour curtains for a bedroom. They came promptly but they are petrol blue not Navy blue. Said I had to pay to return them which is not my fault that they are not as described. Tried to offer me 10% off which is annoying as I said I don’t want them because of the colour regardless to how much they gave me off I would never use! Beware of this company!!

Ordered before reading reviews so was worried however item delivery was within 2 days and rug was good value for the price so I have no complaints I don't quite know what people are expecting for the price

Paid for curtain rod which has never arrived tried to contact them by phone directed to a London number no one answering. Gmail told me it was not a correct email address they show, this is a very suspect site wonder if Chinese?? Anyway do not order be warned!!!!!
