Even though you couldn't fix my iPad, just the thought of trying to resolve the problem, is more than enough for me.

When my iPhone 6 stopped working all of a sudden ( I've had the phone for coming up to 2 years now ), I knew it might cost a lot to get it repaired. I didn't fancy getting a new phone so when I called YoPhone I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised.

They said by the sound of the fault it was my battery which is the problem as it dies and then after a few hours comes back to life. Annoying when you're out and about and waiting for an important call and there's no way for anyone to reach you. Anyway, I spoke to YoPhone and I was surprised by the fact that they would come out to collect my phone at whatever time of my choosing day or night and would come deliver it back to me within a few hours! So convenient and they reassured me about the safety of my phone, warranty and all the bits and bobs one thinks when handing over their phone.

Just as they promised they delivered the phone back to me. I as amazed as I literally got it back in one hour! Just wow!

Professional, courteous and great service given. The new battery is working well and I'm happy I don't have to replace my phone or spend a lot on upgrading. Thanks YoPhone keep doing what you're doing because you're awesome!
