Yoogi's is a wonderful store great prices on great items. Have been shopping and selling with them for over a dozen years so they must be doing something right. I always recommend them to anyone who is looking to use an online shop for handbags and accessories.

Excellent experience !! I was worried about the LV bag condition but it was better than expected !! Yoogiscloset is honest and trustworthy !! The shipping takes time but I love the anticipation to receive the bag . I would not change anything to my experience with them!! This is an outstanding company.

I paid Yoogi's Closet $3,117.51 for a Blue Metallic Quilted Patent Leather New Medium Boy Bag that they listed in Like New condition. Shortly after receiving the bag it began to fall apart, even with minimal use. At first I thought it might be an authenticity issue, which they did work with me on to validate its authenticity. When I shared my disappointment in the disintegrating quality of the bag I was told by Yoogi's that this was to be expected. However, nowhere on the product listing did it state that the bag would begin to peel and that the blue metallic leather would scrape off. I am surprised a business is able to hide such details from customers, especially with such high priced items. While they worked with me on validating authenticity they took no ownership in misleading me in thinking I was purchasing a superior quality designer bag. In their response to me they stated - "This item is metallic leather, created by heating colored foil onto the hide. This process renders the leather extremely delicate, making it prone to peeling and cracking with even minimal use. In addition, this item was produced in 2014, which increases its fragility. We apologize for the disappointment this situation has caused, however, the wear to the item is not unexpected." This tells me they knew of the inferior quality of the bag and chose not to disclose this information.

I called their customer service and I didn’t have any wait time at all. They answered the phone right off!! The customer service agent that I talked to was very helpful! I was able to get in on one of their sales & They do send you photos in real time and that sealed the deal for me! I bought the bag! The stock photos are nice, but there’s absolutely nothing like seeing the photo of the bag sent to your phone!!!! Priceless!! I will be checking the site daily and definitely will be purchasing more from them. I’ve also experienced selling from them. It’s pretty quick straightforward easy process. You upload a few photos of your item and they give you a quote and then you print off a shipping label, very straightforward and easy.

Yoogi's Closet never disappoints. They have new items every day. I find their product descriptions to be accurate, the pricing fair, and the shipping speed to be efficient. They are my go-to for pre-loved luxury items!

Disappointed in the item’s description. Item inaccurately described as having a “crack” in the leather. The item’s leather is actually pulling away from the rubber bracelet below. No picture showing the defect was posted. When brought to their attention was told by the service rep that the defect was posted in the description.
