Yonder is pretty bang up. Good customer service, slick UI. Perhaps a little less well known than Amex, but for less money you are getting some the same perks.

V good mobile app
V good mobile app. Good points if in london. Had one issue where card was frozen and they didn’t respond for a week but refunded me the months money so happy with service. Normally very responsive.

I set up the Yonder debit card which was quite simple.
The app itself is easy to navigate when you sign up. My plan was free debit card which gave me £10 when I spent £10. This actually happened but you have to do it in 7 days.
I had a few questions for customer ( chat service) after the sign up and they were very quick to respond to my questions.

Do not recommend!my account was suspended for no reason when i submitted the necessary documents they take a whole week to respond bad custormer service and they dont respond to any messages or emails on time now its a been a whole week verifying the account i cant even withdraw or use my money for any reason . This is really frustrating for me , i just hope they unsuspend my account and i will close it for good because i really need my money it has been 2 weeks now

Honestly can't fault them! Love that I can save my points for flights not just with British airways but with any airline. Of holiday booked with the card you also get travel insurance for you and your partner! Would 100% recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Horrific experience. Switched back to conventional bank card provider. I can’t share much personal information/chats here but in simple words interaction with the customer service team at Yonder is a nightmare and never gets resolved.

Amazing credit card, loads of reward points for day to day spending and hand picked recommendations of places to go where you can either redeem points or earn extra. I love Yonder and have been telling all of my friends to get a card!
