I completely understand how disappointing it is when the videos and audio stop syncing properly or when sessions fail to download — especially after your first sessions went well. That’s absolutely not the experience we want for you.

In many cases, this can happen because of temporary connection interruptions, browser caching issues, or opening workouts through a mobile browser instead of the Yogio app itself. We’d genuinely love the chance to help fix this for you.

Please try the following quick steps:

• Open Yogio directly in the app (rather than through email/browser links)
• Close and reopen the app completely
• Make sure your device software is updated
• Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data once
• If possible, clear the browser/app cache and log back in
