Frustrated daily program slides not opening .

I love the program, but there is a problem with the daily programs opening. I have emailed Michelle and "yogio support on June 7, 9 and 11. Stating the following. This is the 3rd email I have sent to you regarding issues with the program. Today, in the main 28-day chair Tai Chi challenge, slide 10 started to load (Butterfly), and then the program said it 10 of 13 was paused. I did not pause it, nor would it unpause. I had to skip to the next slide.

I still can not open the cortisol Reset, so another day of that program has been wasted. I would like the program to be resent with links that open. I also want credit for the days I have lost. This is upsetting, as I like and enjoy the exercises, but I want what I paid for.

If I do not hear from you by tomorrow, June 12/26, I will be writing a review on your website.

At the moment, we’re unable to locate your account using only your first and last name. Please contact us at support@yogio.net and include the email address you used during checkout.

I paid for my plan

I paid for my plan. Went to login under my email address, and create a password stated not found. Took my money. SCAM

ive requested a refund before next renewal and a not given a refund

I haven't had time to complete the plan as my father is 93 and needs my constant care. I have sent numerous emails stating I do mit wish to carry on with the subscription and they do not answer, except to say I can cancel the subscription by going into my profile and clicking on cancel subscription. There is no such link when I log into my profile and ive contacted them again and am very angry that they say you can cancel the subscription at any time before your next payment is due and thus is not the case. I am going to contact my bank and advise them of this issue. I feel I've been scammed. They did respond saying the cancelled my subscription as soon as they received my email, but this is not true and I had to send my email for several days, and only when I searched and searched and eventually found out via google a way i could cancel it, that it was it actually cancelled. Also, it is no good for them to come out and say oh, thank you for contacting us etc as they should make it plain enough how to cancel in the first place instead of wasting people's time having to go around and around and waste time and get stressed they'll be charged again. If you read a lot of people's comments, they have actually been charged due to their emails re cancelling not being attended to, so no, I am not going to day they were great. IN fact, unless they change the way thy behave, I would say to anyone not to deal with this company!
