Disappointing Quality for the Price – Won't Last 2 Months

I had high expectations for this bean bag given the hefty price tag, but the experience has been disappointing. Within 6 weeks, the seams began to tear, and the beans noticeably deflated despite very light use. For a product that costs this much, you would expect durability and longevity – this delivered neither.

To make matters worse, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. When I reached out for assistance, they refused to help because my issue fell just outside the warranty, even though the problem clearly started within the coverage period. Their rude demeanor and unwillingness to stand by their product are surprising for a company that markets itself as a high-end brand.

If you’re considering this product, do your research on Reddit. You'll find plenty of stories from customers who’ve experienced the same issues, including having to constantly refill their bean bags.

Save your money. There are far better, more durable options out there, and brands that actually care about their customers. This bean bag simply isn't worth the investment if it can’t last even two months and you're left to deal with such poor service.

Horrible policy for an ecommerce in…

Horrible policy for an ecommerce in 2020 : Client pays U$ 65 for returning a product and if they feel like it a 25% restocking fee is also applied. All this to discourage you from returning. This information should be displayed prominently in their website to prevent bad experiences.
