Absolute scam. I paid the £9.95 for what I thought was coming from Boots, unfortunately didn't notice it wasn't Boots until I'd just hit the confirm button. Now they've taken £39.47. I've contacted... See more

Fell for a scam on Facebook
Fell for a scam on Facebook, advertised by Janet Gregory who says "my daughter who works in boots " and it shows as Boots deal for over 50's where you get a set of sol de Janeiro for £9.95, comments from others seemed genuine, after the £9.95 payment went through at the link "giftwithlove* it then asked for £1.95 that's when I didn't proceed. Went to my Monzo and £9.95 went through from yogaplayer.com & flagged up as a subscription?. I tried to report but app said I had to wait 6 days. I moved all my money from that account luckily as today (2 days later 09.06.25) they attempted to take £39.47p but was declined by Monzo probably because I removed all my money. I managed to report fraud and they refunded me, which I immediately removed from that bank again and my card is on hold.Furious at these scammers
ABSOLUTE SCAM
ABSOLUTE SCAM. No ‘order’ placed. Took admin £9.95 then ‘foreign transaction fee’ then £39.47 3 days later and £35.37 before realised. Advised to freeze card between my transactions: my account lists they tried several more times - and again TODAY!! Hv just received new card.
ADVICE: freeze ANY card between ANY transactions, just in case!
Minus stars
If I could go lower I would took money out of my bank without permission told me it had gone through before cancellation date no offer of refund at all
As scammy as it can get.
My bank called them adjacent to a scam; The bank has so far managed to get only one of the £39 charges taken from me, which was without my knowledge. It is done by extremely clever and purposeful wording in their terms and conditions. I am fighting on.
M&S tea gift...
Paid postage for free M&S tea which was for my sisters birthday, never received it & they took nearly £40 from my account the nx day ...they have tried taking similar amounts of money weekly but I've purposely not left enough in that account...so it keeps getting rejected.....although they were able to take nearly £2 today 17/5/25..
Wasn't aware I'd entered a subscription SCAM ...
Scam company.
I have just been scammed by this company. They have taken my money for an unrelated item and have not sent it to me. Do not trust this company. Can anyone suggest how I contact them please?

Would have given the 0 stars but not possible. They link their subscription to sites making you think you have won a prize. I contacted them by email and chat they claim they know nothing about the prize draw
What does that site sell yogaplayer.com…

Please I think I've been scanned anyone know how to contact them please.
Can I give zero stars?
Can I give zero stars?
They are obviously part of a recent scam that has posted with Power Tool offers from Screwfix or Makita.
They took the £9.95 fee mentioned in the scam, but then included you signing up to their Yoga site at £39.47. They claim to have cancelled my subscription but refuse to return the £39.47 - even though I rang, the day after they took the payment.
I will be in touch with my bank
SCAM - do not click a link thinking you are getting a good deal
I clicked a link thinking it was taking me to TOOLSTATION for a item at a discounted price. I entered my details and bank details and got halfway through and thought this isnt right, i did not complete the set up, yet they still managed to take £39.47 from me.
Contacted Lloyds who i didnt think were very helpful and went round in circles before they eventually blocked the reoccurring subscription ( which i didnt realise it was) and refunded me my money providing the merchant doesn't dispute it.
They do not tell you that when you pay…
They do not tell you that when you pay £1 for an M&S tea box you have set up a recurring Direct Debit on your card - they took £39.47 off my card...Should be reported to the regulators. Luckily the banks know to block it. But watch out they can do it again on another site as they have your credit card details.
They are scammers
They are scammers, they took money from my account, I phoned my bank, they said I have got a subscription with them which I don’t, managed to put a stop on them taking any more money but have lost over £50. Gutted
Gave them 1 cos you have 2
Gave them 1 cos you have 2. After supposingly winning an M&S afternoon tea they scammed Me for £40. Bank said it was a recurring payment and would take more money.

Complete scammers!!
Complete scammers!!
Had to enter my credit card details for age verification and £1 was taken from the credit card!
Next day a further £39.47 was taken again without my knowledge.
I have tried contacting them but no surprise that they have not replied.
I notified my bank and they have stopped any further payments to them
This company scammed me too
This company scammed me too, saw a £1 payment made to them on my account then they took £40. Thankfully the bank have blocked any further action made by them and are now investigating them for fraud. If it happens to you report it to the bank & Fraud hotline,,
Scammed
Thought I was dealing with an entirely different reputable retailer only to find I was scammed by YogaPlayer.
Have had the money refunded by my bank but have had to cancel my card in order to prevent YogaPlayer from scamming more money from my bank account!
Total scammers
Total scammers! Never signed up and no idea how they got my details but they took £79 pounds from my bank in just 17 days, before my bank queried their transactions and alerted me. Tried contacting them to find out who/how/what 'account' I supposedly have with them and to request a refund. They do actually reply to emails but despite numerous times of asking they still haven't told me the who/how/what account I had with them, just the generic 'no refunds'. To be clear, prior to my bank alerting me, I'd never heard of Yogaplayer, never had an email from them or have their app on my phone. If you notice they're taking money from you, you too have been scammed!
Scammers
I completed a £5.99 payment for postage for a promotion where I had won a prize on a different site.
Now believe the whole thing a scam.
Since then yogaplayer have continued to keep taking 42.00 monthly despite cancelling on their website.
Ended up cancelling card.
This site keeps trying to change me £42…
This site keeps trying to change me £42 not sure for what. I believe it's since my son scrolled through Instagram on my device and 'won" some price.
But no email came through just my account getting attempts for this amount. Not moral, not nice and for lack of better words I call it scam.
