This exercise gave me more physical strength and more energy throughout the day.

Explanation should be done completely before movements are to be done (and not only partly in the beginning and along the way while it is in the process) because sometimes I understand what to do only almost at the end of an exercise.
Also, it is really confusing when instructions about left and/or right side/arm/leg are to be in use, because instructor is saying one side and doing the other…

I like the videos is you want to do relaxing tai chi or mild yoga, but you advertised on tiktok that it was an app to get in shape and lose weight. What? there's no way that would happen with these breathing exercises. You just take advantage of people to make money. Shame

Really enjoyed this course. The instructor was easy to follow and the exercises helped loosen me up and challenging enough to want to continue.

It was not as convenient as I thought very hard to do with my phone also I thought I was doing something totally different than what I got.

I recently had a total knee replacement. I wanted to keep my knee mobile while recovering. I found this app with a perfect starter exercise 28 day program to keep myself moving without the high risk of injuring myself. These exercises were very relaxing and made me feel energized after the good stretches.

I enjoyed the option to work tai chi, Pilates and other exercises, stretches and balance . I enjoyed being able to have flexibility in choice of activities.

At 74 years of age, I love the slow motion exercise that Tai Chi does to open up my shoulder muscles front & Back. It quickly got rid of that ugly slouching and hanging head forward which I always saw in my group pictures. I now have a regal posture like a queen! Thank you Tai Chi instructors!

I liked the instruction and the progression in movement. I did not like that the videos kept freezing and I had to stop the exercise to reboot it. One of the exercises, I couldn't quite see how to make the movement because the instructors loose clothing obscured the proper steps. I did rewind it several times to try it, then moved on. Perhaps I'll pick it up on a later video.

I enjoy the library of classes offered. The woman’s voice is very soothing in my yoga classes

I love to be able to learn TaiChi from home. I like that the progress is gradual and you can build on it. The 1st program was this way, the 2nd program is slower, the teacher is more into taking things slow, with intention, to feel the Chi, but the capsule are much shorter, and I do not feel as motivated to continue. It is easier to to drop out.
