0 stars really. What a rubbish company. Still waiting delivery of a parcel that their website says they’ve had since 4thApril. They lie saying delivery today so I wait in and again no bloody show!!! Now considering suing this shower for misrepresentation and peddling falsehoods.

USLESS YODEL

USLESS YODEL - I dropped of my return item at an ASDA Express ( Petrol service station) on the 30th March 2026. Their app stated "we have it", and assumed it was on its way to the company to perform the return and money refund. After 14 days, still no tracking update , and same status. So I called Yodel, on the 13th April 2026, and managed to speak with a human ! They had to raise an investigation with the depot team for escalation, of where the item I had returned actually was. I am so p*** off with YODEL that I the customer had to raise the issue, when their own internal systems could have easily raised an ALERT that something was not right, for a 14 day delay from the ASDA drop off point to get to their depot within 14 days. Basically the customer is going the work of YODEL. Useless

If I could give Yodel Zero stars I…

If I could give Yodel Zero stars I would the couriers are useless and probably can’t read English to leave a note when nobody was in to attempt another delivery or for me to collect, only one attempt was made my parcel was due between 10 and 11 April , they delivered on 9 April !!! I was at a wedding, no text or phone call from courier, I tried to arrange to collect from their Depot which is under a mile from where I live and was told it was on its way back to China and to contact sender WTF! Totally USELESS!!! IF ARRANGING DELIVERY USE ROYAL MAIL OR EVRI, their drivers can read and write English to leave card! I’m so mad writing this as I cannot believe the incompetence of YODEL!

Day one

Day one. Tracking on the map. Tracking disappears. States cannot deliver to the inpost locker. Contact the live chat. They confirm they can deliver to the locker. I asked for redirection which was denied. Promised it will be delivered on day 2. Day 2 arrives. Tracking on map. 5 stops away. Tracking disappears. Live chat says lockers are out of order. Explained that tomorrow is day three and if it fails, my parcel will be returned to sender. I have now arranged to have it delivered to my house. I won't be holding my breath....

Just the worst delivery ever

Just the worst delivery ever. I'm at home with a ring doorbell waiting for my delivery. I get a notification that my delivery has been made to my neighbour. I call the number. Guy says he's been ringing. I tell him that I have a ring doorbell and have evidence that it has not been touched. He tells me to go to my neighbour and drops the phone and blocks my number. I go to my neighbour. No parcel. I try contacting Yodel. They repeat the information that my parcel was delivered to my neighbour. I cannot speak to anyone. Why would anyone use this company?

Yodel are true con artists, scammers

December 2025 I was supposed to receive my parcel and yodel sent proof of delivery with a photo of a parcel on the street accessible to all. It's March and I can't get a refund because yodel delivered. It's like delivery something to the moon! Yodel are proper actions of scammers. How are they still getting away with this and only bad reviews? When I called yodel and left a message in Dec,Jan, Feb & March. There's no call back. What's the point? It's shocking service all round.

Do not use Yodel they are incompetent liars

Door to door delivery service is terrible. Initially failed to collected parcel during 14 hour window eventually collected 4 days later. Parcel now disappeared no way to speak to anyone, web chat not available. Took photo of driver who collected parcel & his phone but company not interested. Can’t even make a complaint probably the worse company I have ever used!!!

If I could award zero stars I would

If I could award zero stars I would. They marked my parcel as delivered, when I contacted them they gave me the usual check with every person you’ve ever met in your life and every house in your postcode. I have a ring doorbell, I know for a fact no delivery was made at the time stated.
I confirmed all of this. There was no photo taken from when it was delivered… why?
They say they’ll investigate, within hours investigation closed they can’t locate it. Contact seller. Seller says they need documentation from yodel, as yodel have said it’s been delivered so as far as seller is concerned I’ve got it. I got back to yodel who refuse to give me this and say seller has to go through internal procedure. So I’ve got no item, no refund, nothing. This was a present that I’d been really looking forward to giving to someone. Now suddenly I can’t even get through on their web chat. As the seller wants a copy of the communication I’ve had with them, but as it’s on live chat, not email I don’t have a copy. Convenient! Useless, awful, incompetent company.

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service
I asked in Tuesday 10th March for my parcel to be delivered on Saturday 14th March. This was on my parcels journey as being confirmed. Today is the 14th March no parcel. Only to be told they have ignored my new date and now can't deliver until Monday.
Not good enough!

Work dodgers

I swear this company is worse than parcel force, 2 days in a row they reckoned no one was at the address to take the parcel. However we are a business and there is always someone there, the shutters are up and door unlocked. I swear they are the laziest , lying morons on the planet. Absolutely full of 💩. If I'd known it was going to come by yodel I wouldn't of bothered. Absolutely pathetic.

Disgrace

I wish I could give them no stars absolutely disgraceful once again parcel lost and mark as delivered parcels turning up opened and resealed how these cowboys are still in business is beyond me time for trading standards

Worst company ever didn't receive my…

Worst company ever didn't receive my parcel and you cant get through to them robot answers the phone you cant get past the robot crap company. No photo of package left because it was not delivered it was returned according senders tracking stick to well known delivery companies. Avoid like the plaig they don't even reply to bad reviews

Would given zero if I could useless…

Would given zero if I could useless delivery service ordered a parcel from Amazon when heard using yodel
Delivery my heart sunk but I did not realise how yodel could be so useless they delivered my parcel too not just wrong address wrong city wrong postcode can’t these drivers read a map or use natnav can’t talk too yodel just a robot like most companies now but get it that wrong fareham depot manager must be useless too driver can’t understand English or directions the company offered me a refund but have too wait 10 days for it meaning yodel driver gets away with it going too start a campaign in too shaming delivery companies as no one does a thing oh lost refund find out why it’s so bad would a good start start having investigators follow drivers around and report findings too main company this goes a lot of them Royal Mail still the best followed by inpost but inpost bought yodel says it all mark

Suprise suprise

Hey suprise suprise Yodel have failed to deliver yet again. Little did I know Argos was using them to deliver I booked and paid for my slot. Thinking I'd see an Argos van pull up with my parcel and no it was a yodel delivery that have failed time and time again to deliver. Worst company ever.
