Yodeck Makes Digital Signage Easy and User Friendly

I recently switched from BrightSign to Yodeck and I can't believe it took me so long! My experience so far has been top notch. Yodeck’s user interface is incredibly intuitive. Setting up playlists and adding imagery is a breeze. Yodeck makes adding new content seamless. Yodeck supports an impressive range of file formats and media types. I love that I can add live feeds for everything from SharePoint to LinkedIn.
Considering the features, ease of use, and reliability, the cost of the platform is a steal. Plus, the players are free with a paid subscription!
I will eventually be managing 150 players across nine states. Managing screens across different locations is hassle-free. We can maintain our screens from anywhere, ensuring consistent communication.
Yodeck’s documentation and customer service are incredible. Their tech support is super-responsive and reliable. Documentation ranges from a digital user guide to video tutorials and is kept up-to-date and is all so easy to follow.

Great decision in implementing Yodeck!

I think adding Yodeck to our offices has been one of the best decisions I have made since coming on staff with this company. The platform makes it SIMPLE to provide consistent messaging across multiple offices that are miles apart. The interface is simple and consistent. The only challenge I've had was with communicating with the team with the few questions or problems I've encountered. Once we had communication going they were very helpful and resolved the issues. And, I will say I don't have a ton of time to fully explore the tool. I am confident we could do SO much more than we do and they probably have all the help articles and videos I need but haven't found yet. Regardless, love it. HIGHLY recommend!

Great content display manager

Product is a great option for getting content on all of our in house TVs.
Central management from any PC makes it easy to adjust any TV content at anytime.
Interface is very easy to get used to.

I like the fact that it offers…

I like the fact that it offers versatility when performing certain task, such as pushing the schedule to the yodek board. The way we learned it the first time around, had a lot of steps to take, but we were able to create a short cut to accomplishing the task.

Yodeck user for 4 years

I have been using yodeck for 4 years and find it easy to use and allows me to display on our digital boards images so that my presentation on any one day will not be boring and repetitive. Yodeck also gives me the opportunity to plan multiple days in advance so I can have a month of presentations that have vitality and not boring presentations.
In addition, if there is a change to an image (time or date for example) , I can bring up the stored image, click change, and replace the original image with any current information. This eliminates having to find where the original image is used .

Yodeck is an amazing tool for our…

Yodeck is an amazing tool for our school district. We deployed it within 15 minutes for our media center to give them the ability to have a rotating slideshow.

We were able to get our media center staff trained on how to use the software within minutes. The next day we came back and they had already started adding new slides and presentations to their screen without any additional help from us.

It's truly set and forget and allows someone else to update it which is a win for our tech team.

Simple, yet robust

Yodeck is a simple piece of software that almost anyone can learn to use. What's best is that the finished product on the screens can be as complex as you'd like. It's the best of both worlds here.

If you're looking to implement a program to help you advertise on tv monitors around your space, I definitely recommend yodeck.

Yodeck is the standout!

We researched several companies and we chose Yodeck for our in-house information channel. We love it! The free appliance is capable and outputs our custom, fully-programmed channel with a beautiful 1080p image. The online programming interface is well-organized, and the apps offered by Yodeck allow us to customize our content with features like time and date, weather, our Facebook QR code, and emergency alerts.

Being able to manage multiple channels as we expand and add devices, programming content for each device looks to be a trivial task.

Out of all the companies we looked at, Yodeck best meets our needs in regards to cost, capabilities, media compatibility, programmability, and expandability.

Yodeck is a powerful platform that has allowed our restaurant chain to effectively create a digital signage experience for our guests that our small team can manage centrally for all of our locations. We even use screens in the back of house to communicate to our team.

Easy Interface, Generous Trial

Great interface with a very generous, full fledged trial version. Really lets you get a feel for the product and actually get a fully functional display by the end of it. I ended up getting 3 for our small office of 4 Users!

The First Time with a Digital Signage System.

This is the first digital signage system that I've used, and I'm very happy with it. I can customize what is playing on individual monitors or show the same slide deck on all of them. The interface is great and when I make a mistake, the warnings are there to make me review what I've done. I'm even told when a monitor is off in one of our stores and can contact them to make sure the monitor is on or if there is a connection problem. That helps me know how things are going on at the store level.
