customer service
Well the customer rep wanted details for the hotel that were not available in full detail. But my experience with hotels here in the US is that at this point in the travels it is not necessary. I am arranging the airline reservations for us which is where the details she asked for would be necessary. Thank you

I realize it tour company's policy & will pay it. However, I find the single supplement charges discriminatory. Some of us choice to remain single or other circumstances widowed or divorced.
