AVOID Y LIVE SURVEYS LIKE THE PLAGUE
Things started off great. Completed the odd survey here and there, quickly built up the 50 points required to exchange for £50. Received payment fine. Then the surveys got impossible to complete. I'd sit there for 20 minutes doing a survey only for the last question to fail.
BUT HERES THE WORST PART.....
I built up 50 points again which took me about 6 months to do, and then i unsubscribed from the constant barrage of emails i was getting from them. They were non stop, and it was pointless trying to complete any surveys because they kept failing and it would take me weeks to just get 2 or 3 points. I contacted Y Live to ask where my £50 payment was back in december and they tried blaming me for not receiving the payment because i unsubscribed to their emails. (that is not an excuse). I tried to log in, but it wont let me, i tried to reset password and I get a message saying they have sent me a password reset email (THEY HAVNT). I emailed them again, and they said they would pay me by cheque as early as possible. It is going on for 3 months now and I have received no payment. THEY SIMPLY WILL NOT ANSWER ANY EMAILS EITHER. There is no contact telephone number for them (i wonder why)
EVERYONE AVOID Y LIVE LIKE THE PLAGUE. YOU WILL SPEND HALF YOUR LIFE TRYING TO BUILD UP TO 50 POINTS ONLY FOR THEM NOT TO PAY YOU AND NOT ANSWER YOUR EMAILS
A very reliable survey website
I have been using Y Live for a while and it is a very trustworthy website, especially when comparing it to others. I usually get the £50 every 2-3 months into my bank and they always pay on time (around the 10th of the month). I don't understand how other reviewers have called it a scam site, when it isn't. You just need to be patient with the surveys and don't rush through them and fail attention checks.

Very genuine and honest place to be part of as a survey panelist. Y Live always have surveys on topics that are engaging, informative and interesting to complete. Payments are nothing to be compared with other survey platforms. Rewards are very encouraging. Helpful and reliable team
Up till now absolutely interesting partaking and prompt payout, but not this month
I have always had good participation with ylive, and recommend them to friends and I've had prompt payments into my account for the few years I've been a member, yet this time no payment received/no cheque either, despite my account with them reflecting payment leaving on the first of November so essentially my ylive saying I've had the payment. But it's not gone into my bank. And trying to get an reply when I querie/reported/ this issue a few times has not been forthcoming. I will try again to send an email in the hope I get a response.

Annoying
I have been using YLive for a long time now, back to the days when it was called populus or something. Yesterday i had enough.
Approx 4 surveys came through, 3 of which i got 5 minutes into before being told that i didn't qualify and then, and this happens regularly when doing a survey and out and about the page timed out right toward the end of the survey and my £3 fee is gone because you cannot load back into the survey and finish off where you were.
Of all the annoying things the survey timeouts are the most annoying and frustrating part and YLive seriously need to look into how participants can carry on where they left off when a page times out. Essentially 40 minutes of my time wasted yesterday for absolutely no reward

Really easy to navigate and useful
Really easy to navigate and useful. Would highly recommend for someone who wants there opinion heard and also a chance to earn some money as well.
Y Live - 'really values my participation' then snubs me.
I receive regular invitations to take part in Y Live surveys (and those of a number of other organizations).
The difference between Y Live and most others is that Y Live obtain a substantial amount of information before finally notifying the customer that he or she does not qualify for that particular survey. The result being that the customer divulges information and wastes several minutes each time for no financial benefit. I had stopped completing Y Live surveys because of this - but today, I received an email with the following introduction - "We’re excited to invite you to take part in a new research study. This project includes two short survey rounds, and we’d really value your participation." I began the survey less than 2 hours after I received the invitation. Y Live do state that when a person is rejected his or her details have been entered into a Prize Draw but there is no proof that is the case. Following this review, I received another Y Live invitation and completed 20% (7 minutes) of a survey that I was informed would take just 5 minutes (Y Live surveys always take far longer than the estimated time) before being informed that I was not eligible.

Long time surveyor
I have been completing surveys for some years and they remain relevant and mostly interesting and payments arrive on time.

A very good survey company to be a member of. They send surveys regularly and the money you get per survey is good so you soon get to the £50 threshold.
Y live is one of the best survey websites
Been using Y live for years. They offer generous rewards and never have issues with payouts. The threshold is £50, but doable. One of the survey websites out there!

I enjoy my experience with YLive not only because i am paid to be a participant in their surveys but I am able to put forward my point of view. Also they have a good balance between surveys which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this company.

I love doing these surveys and payment is always prompt.
Interesting surveys
Interesting surveys and payments are made promptly and efficiently.
Well paid surveys
Well paid, interesting surveys, payment of £50 quickly paid.
However, the initial questions can become repetitive, and means it takes longer to complete surveys than stated.
Also, it takes quite a while to build up enough points to gain a reward, would prefer if it would be possible to reach payment level with a lesser number of points.
Excellent way of sharing information
