Neel Shukla

My dentist referred me to the specialist Neel Shukla in this surgery to have an extraction and the tooth he extracted was next to my wisdom tooth my extraction was not very easy and when he tried to take it out was struggling.
So after the extraction when I asked for antibiotics he said I won’t be needing it and that was when after two days my gum and wisdom tooth and all my right side up to my ear started to hurt and the pain went worse and worse the pain was unbearable after few days I called and went back another lady saw me and prescribed me antibiotics but it was still painful to the point where I couldn’t sleep or eat when I went for the 3rd time he saw me himself he just cleaned up when I asked questions he said is normal and I also specifically mentioned what if it’s from my wisdom tooth he said no is fine I can keep the wisdom tooth it might fill the gap and when I complained about pain he told me he can’t do miracles even though he could check properly to see what is causing me all this pain.
After that the pain was getting worse and worse I had to call emergency and book an emergency appointment same day as I could feel something sharp in my gum when I went there they did a big X-ray and examined me properly that’s when they noticed my wisdom tooth was infected and In emergency they had to take my wisdom tooth out and I had to get few stitches as the infection was spreading to my sinus which was causing me facial pain and on top of everything where Neel took my tooth out the doctor had to cleaned it up as there was the buildups am not happy with them at all and I will never ever go back to them was completely wasted of time and money and been in agony and no one seemed to care as apparently they can’t do miracles.

Can not be trusted

Went there for a filling was told I needed two fillings. Was in constant pain after the second filling which hadn't been a problem and needed a root canal treatment.

I ask manager there if they could give me a reduced root canal treatment as compensation but was refused all he would do is give a refund for one filling. Manager also threatened me with legal action if I posted an online review!

After 3 months both of the teeth that they had worked on needed to be redone which was done a a different dentist
