“It’s not covered but we will show mercy”
Instead of approving the claim, they decided to tell me that it wasn’t a warranty item but they were going to fix it because it was my first claim or whatever. I didn’t even send it in after that. Just like you don’t need to replace a month old bottle with issues, I don’t need to take freebies and feel like you showed mercy on me. No thanks yeti. I have thousands in yeti gear and that’s how they respond. Thanks but no thanks.
And you can see by their response below, they continue to speak of the “exception.” The dent they speak of was from falling from 2 feet and it caused the bottle to not be able to stand up anymore. Minimize all you want, your product shouldn’t become unusable because of something that could happen 1000 times in its life. It’s a sports water bottle!!! You could have covered the base in a silicon layer or some sort of material to soften drops. But you guys are the experts.

Easy process from start to finish! The customer service was incredible and I felt taken care of from the start all the way through receiving our replacement Yeti.
The worst product isn’t what it’s made out to be
I was very happy with the customer service to handle my request. They made everything right, but I am not happy with the product that I was sent. I don’t know if it was a lower grade material or something, it does not stay cold I could put a cup of ice in it and it will only last for maybe an hour or so, and we are talking about the weather being cool outside so it has not reached the hot temperatures yet which is why I ordered it that’s why I ordered it to keep my drinks cool during summer. This is my very first yeti that I ever owned. And on side of the bottle, I don’t know if it was supposed to be like that let me correct myself to rambler. There is like a lump running all the way down the center of it. I don’t know if that was made like that or if it’s actually a defect in the item that I have received. Also kind of disappointed that the customer service did not disclose that I could have customized my Tumblr and all the additional things for no extra charge because of my promotions. Overall customer service I would give three stars, but the product solid one if that.

Great long lasting products that speaks for itself. On top of building great products their customer service and warranty is first class. There’s not many companies that provide all those qualities and is why I always buy yeti products over anything else.
