Would give this zero stars if I could. It's been almost 2 months and my order is nowhere to be found and they refuse to respond to me emails. Avoid this site. It's really not worth it.

I ordered and then looked at the reviews and almost had a heart attack. Thats the reason im writing this review. I expected the wost but within 10 days it got delivered to my adress. I was suprised that it didnt come from the US but from China. But maybe that explains the reviews. This is my delivery experience from Germany and it worked out well. I got send a tracking number and could watch my parcel every step of the way. The puzzle i orderd was just what i expected. Good quality and reasonable prize point.

Yetch may have good quality products, though I wouldn't know. Their goods are drop-shipped from China, which in itself is not a bad thing, but I have been trying to resolve an issue with delivering my package for the last month - unfortunately they have chosen to partner with one of the worst delivery services (SpeedX) out there, which essentially means that any issue whatsoever will lead to your package disappearing without a trace. I would not order from them in the future.

I ordered the Yetch cap with velcro for my nephew's birthday. First of all I didn't get the 10% off that I was suppose to get from subscribing to their newsletter. Second of all the product arrives without the key element for it to work - the stickers to make things stick on to it. I contacted their customer service and they said they'd get back to me about a solution though this was two weeks ago. I'm going to return the product.

The language about where products ship from is quite difficult to figure out, and 2 of the 3 items that I ordered are shipping from China without any sense of how much they will cost with the impact of the tarriffs. Moreover, the item that was shipped from the US sat around waiting for transit to the shipper for a long time. I still don't have what I ordered.

When I realized part of my package was shipping from China, and asked about the delay in updating status on the other package, the reply from Yetch was not helpful, basically saying "your issue, not ours".

Their products look interesting, but I'll not order from them again. Check your order very carefully to see if you can find where it's shipping from (it was not obvious to me) and don't expect it to arrive quickly.
