Great Product with Excellent Customer Service!
So nice to have "live" customer service vs AI bot chat. Had a store credit go walkabout in the ether and after a week of hoping it would find its way home and looking for it in multiple email files, Yes We Vibe reissued the credit when asked. Pleasant in tone all the way through the process. Have been happy with everything ordered to date.
I get so many compliments on my shoes, and I always say Yes, We Vibe! and point them to the website.

Great sneakers, great customer care
Earlier this year, I ordered two pairs of sneakers from YesWeVibe. Unfortunately one was damaged in transport apparently.
Customer Care Support (namely Aila!) was extremely supportive and helped get me a new pair, even offered changing the model. No return required, no bureaucratic process, just: Let me know the model, shipped, arrived.

Fabulous sneakers in terrific patterns! The selection is spectacular. Although the sneakers are comfortable as they are, I do put memory foam insole in them to make them even more comfortable. I always get a lot of positive comments on these sneakers whenever I wear them.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift for a family member who is an amputee, and the experience was nothing short of amazing from start to finish.
Not only is the product fantastic, but the customer service is on a whole different level. The team was incredibly responsive, understanding, and genuinely willing to work with me to make sure everything went smoothly. In a world where good customer service is becoming rare, they stood out in the best possible way.
When the shoes arrived, I was finally able to give them to the person they were gifted to, and let me tell you, they were over the moon. The shoes were a perfect fit, stylish, comfortable, and easy to wear, which is a big deal when you’re dealing with specific physical needs. They lit up with joy and kept saying how much they loved them. It’s not easy to find shoes that check all the boxes, but these did and then some.

Great shoes!
I have purchased winter boots and flats from YWV and they have out lasted other shoes BY FAR (several years)! The flats wash nicely and are SOOOO comfy. I get so many compliments! YWV customer service is also 5 star!

what made my experience great was one person...Aila P!! l had many concerns and questions about purchasing the shoes, and the sizing. Aila P was so patient, kind, and very helpful. I received the shoes 2 days after my birthday along with the positive stickers, which l needed exactly on that day. l absolutely love the MANY DESIGNS, COLORS, l am so very happy that l went for it!! and ordered the shoes. l love the letter l also received with the stickers explaining how friends made this company happen. What a bad experience, and still experiencing it. Not only do they take shady measures to assure you can't cancel the order in their timeframe(takes up to 24 hrs to return your email or address your complaint/cancelation) So that gets them to their policy playbook punishment streak...then...they don't even operate in the USA...they use China, so things are making sense as to why they came so sloppy and cheaply made.. the shoes can't even be worn and they are falling apart LITERALLY AT THE SEAMS..the glue is all over the place and the permanent marker...my favorite insult by their "product team''... The nerve to tell a consumer that a group of non existent people feel that you can wear them as they aren't too ugly or badly made.. GET OUT OF HERE, NOT ACCEPTABLE. Why would I want anything else from a company that just lied to me three times over. No ty.
They arrived regardless of my attempt to cancel, Unopened/unused..the refusal nightmare begins.. I don't want any shoes made of that material, it's unforgiving/doesn't allow your feet to breathe..that's IF THE Shoe FITS. IT DOESN'T. Facebook marketplace has never worked out.. I am done ordering anything promoted from that site.
I also noticed Aila is a busy employee? What's the chances she was mentioned in a fake review? Higher than the chance of your "made to order "(horse crap) shoe fitting you, that's for sure.
I should've known something was off... When I read American Company, I was under the belief they were made here.
Then the email stating we don't make wide fit..yet you promoted for wider feet- I have the screenshot . I was going to give it one more shot until the emails became insulting. So no, I'm not interested in any products. I'm ABSOLUTELY "RETURNING TO SENDER'' AND FILING A complaint w BBB. It's misleading, and false advertising at best. Loved the stickers though, just not worth 104$

No refunds given!
Edit 26/4/25: Yeswevibe said they would send out replacement boots so long as I paid for postage, I wasn't happy about this but finally agreed. They have now gone silent on me!
The boots I received were awful. They are badly made, completely squashed and crumpled (unwearable), the sizing is questionable and the smell is horrific! I have asked for a refund but told they do not give refunds. Their customer service department has offered to send out more boots packaged better so they do not arrive damaged however I will have to pay for shipping. I honestly just want my money back as the smell is just too overwhelming. I have ASD and this is total sensory overwhelm so beware fellow autistic people! I'm not sure it is even legal to not refund me given the poor quality of goods.

Quick response from a real live human being!
About 2 years ago, I ordered sneakers and slip-ons (under the buy one, get one campaign), and I was quite pleased with them. Although I've used the slip-ons only occasionally (as indoor shoes when needed here in Japan), I eventually wore out the sneakers, which were comfortable, perfectly sized, and received a number of compliments. Recently, I decided to treat myself to a second helping. However, despite a number of attempts, I was unable to complete a transaction.
I sent an e-mail to the company and received a reply literally within hours! The employee, Aila, suggested that it might be a matter of the device on which I made my attempts (I had used both an iPad and a computer). Had I tried using my phone? If there was a problem, she assured me, they could complete my transaction for me via email.
As it turns out, her advice was spot-on. When I sent an e-mail to her to let her know that I had been successful and was looking forward to my new kicks, she replied almost immediately, in words that made it clear that she was no bot, but a real human.
Very satisfied!

Awful production quality
Ordered a pair of boots & a pair of low tops. They arrived in good time but despite my checking the sizing multiple times before purchasing, both pairs were far too small for me. Luckily, the company provides one free re-order in the correct sizing. Unluckily, they sent me somebody else's order. Wouldn't take it back so it could be sent to the correct recipient, either. So I now have four pairs of useless shoes. At last, they sent me the correct order and I immediately noticed that on one of the low tops, the shoelaces had literally been stitched into the sole. Like the entire top part of the shoe had been laced up prior to actually putting the shoe together, and the lace had been undone when the machine stitched it together. Awful, awful production quality. I agreed to keep this pair only because I'd already had 2 failed orders. I should not have kept them. Though these shoes now fit me correctly, they are uncomfortable to wear. The boots in particular gave me horrendous blisters on my toes -- I've never had this problem with any other pair of shoes. I figured they needed breaking in, so I kept wearing them and, admittedly, they now only give me minor toe blisters, however within 3 months of ordinary use, the boots have fallen apart inside the heel. The insides of the soles are visible and extremely rough, and they now give me the worst blisters I've ever had on my heels whenever I wear them. I mean *seriously* bad. In the interim of having to buy new shoes, I've had to purchase silicone heel protectors and have to wear them every single time I use the boots. Just horrendous production quality, especially for the price. Couldn't recommend less. Stay away. I never write reviews but felt I had to warn people about this company.

I have bought a number of pairs of shoes from this company and they are all fantastic. I have gotten compliments from all ages. I take care of children and I said to one little boy, "I really like your shoes." and his father said to me, "I really like yours!" And the company was great when I ordered the american size for women not men and they corrected it for me. Thank you.
Great product, better customer service.
I was gifted a pair of these shoes many years ago and I loved them so much that when they broke after 4 years (I wore them every day) I had to buy myself another set.
I'm in Australia so I accidentally ordered the wrong size, the team were so helpful in getting me a replacement and I only had to cover the delivery fee for the new set. They didn't ask me to return the original set as the shoes are made per order, and now my little sister and I will have matching shoes.
These boots last for years and the customer service is fantastic. I am happy to tell people where I bought them from everytime people ask.
The leather may be a little uncomfortable at first but it softens as you wear them.
I'll be looking forward to my next pair in 4 years ❤️
