The following up was also great, Nick was happy to talk through as much of the report as we needed and provide reassurances. Nick carried out a level 3 survey on our new home. He was incredibly thorough and kept us updated throughout, letting us know when the survey was booked for, emailing to see if we had any questions, and then booked in a call after the survey to go through the findings and answer any further questions we had.
