Great experience. So this company is part of sneaker studio. I bought some trainers, returned to a UK address. Received refund today. Excellent service

I was somewhat apprehensive about ordering from Yessport as they seem to be something of an unknown quantity. However, I need not have been concerned as the service was excellent, my Columbia shoes arriving in four days (to the UK), two days quicker than quoted and well packaged.

The checkout process is a little clunky, however I can overlook this with such keen pricing and excellent service.

I ordered a pair of Salomon shoes with YESSPORT.CO.UK on 17/07 & it took 20 (stressful) days before receiving it on 06/08. I had to chase these clowns on a regular basis. They gave me a Royal Mail tracking 22/07 after constant chasing. The invoice provided is in the Polish language. I kept checking the Royal Mail tracking website & the tracking number provided had a status of ‘sender will be despatching item’ for 15 days. Halfway through this deception, they told me that there was a ‘problem’ with the delivery & was ‘sent again’ on 30/07 & now they gave me a Goglobal 24 tracking number which was rejected by Goglobal tracking website. The same Royal Mail tracking number has been confirmed that it was received by Royal Mail on 05/08. There are many unanswered questions most especially with the Royal Mail tracking number which had no progress from 22/07 to 05/08 & the Goglobal 24 tracking number. They never answered my queries despite many chasers. They use Goglobal 24 as their logistics that deliver from Poland to Royal Mail using the name FASHION TRENDS GROUP LTD
(POLAND) & came with a parcel box labelled SNEAKER STUDIO. Now that I have it, the size label on the box is correct (7.5 UK) but the shoes are size 8 UK. The invoice includes a return form which indicates that you can only return if you want a refund. To make an exchange, you have to return product and place a new order. The form does not have a section for amendments. There is no further instruction for exchange. It does not state how to place a new order (write on the form, send an email, etc???). You will have to pay for the return & refund will take 14 days upon their receipt of the item. The YESSPORT website & account is not user-friendly & I find dodgy. I should have listened to the awful reviews (especially with Trustpilot) before buying. But I guess, I’m still lucky that these clowns are 0.5% trustworthy only because it did arrive but wrong size. So, my friendly message is that I don’t want to see more victims to this ploy & never deal with YESSPORT.CO.UK. Beware, they use UK domains online & email addresses (another deception ploy). This is a Polish online retailer & the only thing that is British is the Royal Mail.
UPDATE: I finally received the correct size on 12/08. So, it took a total of 26 stressful days to get it all right as against the 5 days promised upon purchase. As if they sent me the wrong size intentionally. The ordeal I have gone through is not worth the competitive pricing of their products. To date, this is the worse retailer I have ever dealt with. Many questions are still unanswered yet. So, AVOID AT ALL COST!
