I first approached the team at yesloyal back in April 2021 when I was launching my company Charlie’s Mates. I was looking for help and advice on how to create a Loyalty program for my business. I had looked at other products like Square Loyal and Shopify Apps as there are 2 parts to my business. 1 a Dog Services business and the 2nd is a dog eCommerce site. The issue with these loyalty programs where they worked great in their own environments but didn’t suit my business model as I need a solution that was flexible and would grow with my business as we expand into other areas.

I currently use the yesloyal program to rewards my Dog Services customers, providing them with a range of discounts for both the services and online store. It is simple to manage and I don’t have to worry about any admin when the client wants to claim a reward as it is all automated.

The best thing about the yesloyal team is that they are located in Australia and they help you with everything from how to set up a program that will work for you. Other apps Loyalty based solutions you are left to your own to set everything up and to make sure it works. yesloyal has worked with me from the beginning to get everything the way I want and are still there today supporting me making sure I get the best out of my loyalty program

What makes this business unique is their CEO's (Ben) and the team's deep and genuine desire to understand and support small businesses. Loyalty is their domain but nothing is spoken of that until they get a really clear sense of how you work and how the loyalty programme would help you achieve your business goals. We found this very refreshing as it wasn't a sell job and Ben was very clear on which areas it would help us now and which areas were not relevant for our business yet but could be later.
