Slechte service, Zonder duidelijkheid

Ik heb een goeie week geleden een bestelling gedaan met daarin alle benodigd heden om yerba mate te drinken, maar toen het pakketje een dag later aankwam miste het belangrijkste: de yerba mate.

Gelijk gebeld en een man aan de lijn gekregen die mij beloofde de gemiste producten toe te sturen en hij liet op dat moment vallen dat er nog 32 pakken van over waren. Inmiddels een week na het belletje en geen duidelijkheid over wanneer het geleverd wordt terwijl die de eerste keer op de zelfde dag verstuurd werd. Product is inmiddels ook uitverkocht.

Zeer frustrerend allemaal aangezien ik over 2 dagen het land uit ga en dus niet weet of ik mijn yerba mee kan nemen.
