Product is very good

Product is very good, lightweight and love the fact that they are all in a glass bottle. Quick delivery which I loved. This is the first ive been excited about using skincare and be consistent with it

Love these products

Love these products. Dispatched so fast and arrived quickly. I purchased refills for the products I use as I’m an ongoing user of them. The mist have is essential for my morning and night routine. Something new I have tried this time is the sensational roll on sunscream which I have tried already everyday since it arrived and I’m in two minds about it. It’s so convenient to use and to have on the go but I find it almost dries my skin out on application despite applying after moisturiser. Glides on easily but it’s like a matte finish and drying. Will continue to use and see how I get on but everything I usually use like mist have, cleanser, day and night moisturiser, repair hero, purify serum etc all fantastic.

Overall great experience!

Wouldn’t purchase again

Cleansers both very striping and made my normal combination skin very tight and dry. The moisturiser’s day and night are very highly scented and not as moisturising as I had hoped. The spray was stingy I do not have sensitive skin.

Beginner friendly and efficient

Easy to use, Nice packaging overall, love that it’s refillable !!! Such a huge pro for yepoda.

I get spots when i use this SPF cream. When i stop using it my skin is fine.
Smells terrible too, like it's expired...

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Every skin type is different, and while many customers tolerate our SPF well, some individuals may react differently to specific ingredients. Our products have been dermatologically tested, but as with any skincare, results can vary from person to person.

Regarding the scent, we use natural ingredients and do not add synthetic fragrances like many perfumed brands do. Because of this, the smell can be different from what you might be used to.

I have been a regular customer of…

I have been a regular customer of Yepoda for a long time, and have spent a significant amount of money with them. I love the products. However, I've had an issue with them for the first time and the resolution has been incredibly poor - which has completely put me off ordering again.

I ordered some minis for my holiday, with enough time for them to arrive - and when they turned up, over half the order was wrong. I've been sent things I didn't order, and am missing things that I did. I have been in touch with customer service and have been told the only way for me to get the correct products, is for me to return the order I received - but I don't have a printer for the label, and I work long hours so getting to the post office is tricky. I feel I'm being made to pay for their error.

There has been no compensation for the fact they've sent me the wrong order, or that it meant I didn't have what I needed in time for my holiday. And they're refusing to send me what I have ordered until I've resolved their issue. I just think it's really poor and suspect I'll need to escalate through my bank, rather than with Yepoda.

EDIT IN REPLY TO YEPODA: The "significant amount" of items they refer to is £33.12. They sent me a mini calm balm, a mini midnight magic, and a mini make my day cream - instead of the mini day light, mini night light, and mini purify hero. Eventually they did come back and send a courier to my house to collect these items. All £33 of them. I am still waiting for my replacement items to arrive - which I bought and paid for weeks ago now.

We’re sorry that your order arrived incorrectly, we completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been.

That said, as much as we’d love to resolve this instantly, we’re unfortunately not able to send out a full replacement order while the incorrect items (worth a significant amount) are still with you. This is standard practice, but we always aim to make the return process as easy as possible.

We do provide digital return labels which can be shown directly from your phone. As soon as the return is initiated, we of course send out the correct items as quickly as possible.

We absolutely take your feedback on board regarding how this felt. If there’s anything still unresolved, please do reach out again!

I love yepoda

I live yepoda. I've been using the glass skin routine for a while now and notice big differences in my skin. I have adult acne and this has all but cleared it up. I also love that it's glass packaging with refills available for some things. It makes my eco conscious heart happy and I'm not worried about a bunch of microplastics and toxins leaching into my skincare.
