Shopping at Yellow is always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean and well organized. I really appreciate the good price range for kids’ shoes — it’s easy to find something affordable and durable for growing feet. My only challenge is with women’s sizes: finding a size 11 is quite difficult, and there are only a few styles available in larger sizes. Even so, it remains a nice place to shop overall.

Love the boots
i ordered some boots on dec 2nd that said would arrive within 7-10 days.
come december 10th i sent a follow up as it had not even been shipped yet but still said “being processed ”
they then send me some dodgy shipping link for a company i’ve never heard of that claimed it was delivered, despite it said it hasn’t been processed.
i have had no deliveries.
i’ve sent several emails asking for an update but did not get a response.
i ended up ringing to be told it’s not their fault it’s the shipping companies and they’re not responsible…..
completely terrible customer service
I ordered a pair of winter boots with built in cleats. The boots look great but are uncomfortable to wear because they rub on my heals. I even wear an extra pair of socks. I can’t wear them very long without my feet hurting. I can’t return them because I have worn them outside. Not happy.
