My case broke within days
My case broke within days, I contacted the email on their website and they told me they’d be sending out a replacement, Thom told me to email him when it arrived. It never did, so I asked if it had tracking. No response. It’s been months (since April), and I’ve emailed them several times asking for updates with no response. 😭 I’m still hoping they’ll reach out.

I’ve used it for over a year. You want this!
I received my Yellow Jacket case over a year ago. Let me tell you that this has given me outstanding piece of mind! As someone who is being stalked, having this extremely efficient and accessible defensive tool not only gives me the confidence to no longer feel like a victim, but has given me a confidence I thought I lost when I garnered unwanted attention. That is priceless. Thom Buck and the team at Stingray Yellow Jacket are the best group of people in the tactical retail group. Their customer service is amazing! If you have a question or need anything they are prompt, kind and truly care! These cases will give you the precious time to get away if you ever do encounter an issue. Also, these cases are powerful enough that just letting someone know you carry it will make them think twice; if they don’t? Well let’s just say I wouldn’t want to get hit by this stunner. If you don’t want to carry a gun- like me- this is what you need. I recommend using this company because they care about people and safety Thom Buck and his team have decades of experience in the field and they have designed an amazing product as a result.

Purchase / Communication with the support team.
I've been a Yellow Jacket costumer for 2 years now , I've got no complaints about the case its both powerful and reliable. Although i had to contract the support team twice , the first time the case wouldn't dry fire Hannah was very understanding and arranged a replacement for me for free. The second time the case wouldn't charge and the representative i got though this time Thom was again very kind and professional in resolving my issue. I've seen many people complain on the reviews about retrieving newsletter , requests to review ect. Im pretty sure that if you don't want to retrieve newsletter you can always unsubscribe or not register in the first place.
Conclusion.
Im both very happy with the case and with the company itself.

Very pleased so far.
My iPhone Xs was a little hard to slide into the Yellow Jacket Case when I first received it. I called customer service and was surprised to have my call answered by the designer of the case! We talked at some length about the product, and he assured me that it should loosen up a bit. He also gave me some great tips about using it. It has loosened up, and it's much easier to get the phone in and out now (not that I take it out very much). I especially like the fact that the case has a dual function. I would not have bought one that did only one thing or the other.

It is exactly as described
It is exactly as described. The model for my iphone 8 is a bulky and a bit heavy, but I am willing to overlook that for the piece of mind this case provides. I love that it combines a phone charger to it. It’s perfect for when I’m walking around and prepared for the unexpected.

While we are excited that you are motivated to purchase our product, we also acknowledge that it can be frustrating to wait for such a model to eventually be released. Please allow us to briefly explain what the delay in introducing new models is caused by.
As you may imagine, it costs us hundreds of thousands of dollars of engineering, prototyping, testing, producing injection molds and adjusting case designs for various phone model characteristics. Because of the extreme costs in manufacturing such new models, we closely review the sales data from the various mobile phone manufacturers to see which model phones they are selling the most of. Much of that data is proprietary and therefore is not readily available to the “aftermarket,” manufacturing industry.
Hence, we have to first wait and see if enough model phones will be sold, to a market demographic that our research indicates would be interested in carrying a Yellow Jacket Smartphone Stun Gun Case. Sometimes, the phone manufacturers themselves make proprietary changes during their own production runs when they identify “flaws,” in their phone models that forces us to adjust our engineering…resulting in us repeating our production process from the beginning. The short answer is it can be as frustrating for us as it is for you, that we cannot sometimes move faster to introduce a new model Yellow Jacket…before the phone manufacturer introduces a replacement model phone for the model we were about to launch.
