Yeep! is a shared parcel locker network used by major delivery companies to offer a convenient alternative to home delivery. When you choose a locker delivery or return option, your carrier, such as DPD or UPS, manages your parcel, including shipping, tracking and notifications. Yeep! provides the locker infrastructure — a secure place for parcels to be collected or returned — and you collect or return your parcel using a 6 digit PIN or QR code at a time that suits you. Please note: Yeep! does not deliver parcels or manage shipments directly. If you need help with tracking, delays, or missing items, your carrier is usually best placed to assist. What makes Yeep! different is that we operate a carrier-neutral locker network used by multiple delivery companies. Our lockers are 100% battery- and solar-powered, designed for lower environmental impact, and our rapidly growing UK network is focused on making parcel collection and returns more flexible. In simple terms, the carrier delivers and manages the parcel, Yeep! provides the locker, and the customer collects or returns it. We’re proud to support a more flexible and sustainable way to send, collect and return parcels.

Simply a waste of time, the app just doesn't work. First tried it about a year ago for a UPS drop off and the app just crashes on opening. Tried again this week and same thing. Considering their App Store rating is 1 star with almost every review saying this, how it's not been fixed after all this time is baffling really. Overall seems I am lucky the app is so bad as parcel would probably have been lost anyway.

Absolutely shocking service. I’ve had two parcels in the space of a week go into a black hole. Contacted customer service and no one bothers to reply.
I’ve just posted another parcel and the locker again has just eaten it and said drop off cancelled. Can’t get the parcel out and tracking never updates.
How do I get my money back from these lost parcels

Tried to use the one in the Galleries (Bristol) but kept getting a barcode error.
I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out a way to make the whole thing work (I had two barcodes, a QR code and a pin, with no clear instructions on which one to use or how, so it took me a while to test every option. The lockers also kept going back to sleep and waking them up takes a while). Didn't manage. After reading the other reviews, I am glad it didn't work, since apparently these lockers lose packages left and right. What a gem of a service 😅 never again.

I have mixed emotions with these lockers, have used them a few times and 2 out of 4 times parcels have got to the destination, 3rd Time Machine had its own mind and don’t open let alone tells you to shut the door when the door is shut and parcel inside, that time parcel went missing and today the same thing opened the locker and when shutting the door tells me to shut it when the item is in the locker and door is shut, so it gets canceled, now I have no parcel no proof, I did email customer services and they asked a few questions and that was it, i decided to go back a hr later and put in my code again for the locker doors to open and thank god on my 3rd attempt the door opened with my parcel, to be honest I will not be using yeep lockers again as had to many bad experience with them, to be honest I love a locker the best invention yet for us sellers but yeep lockers need some tlc as to many problems and ain’t just 1 faulty locker that’s 2 different lockers in different places and the same problems so sounds like there all like it, so I will be avoiding them for now.

Would leave zero stars. As like every other genuine review on here. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Used a vinted bar code to put £500 item in locker, despite asking for an email, no email confirmation was sent, no tracking, no reply, no customer service. Vinted has cancelled the order I have lost the item and £500. I will be escalating further. DO NOT USE. How these lockers are allowed to operate and affiliate with DPD and Vinted is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting.

DONT GO NEAR THEM. I had never used one and didn’t know how they work. I scanned my label and a door opened. I deposited the expensive parcel to be returned to the seller as they didn’t fit me. I waited but no more happened so I assumed this was correct and the tracking would be updated, no such luck. After a week of nothing I realised something was wrong so started to google this company and services. I now wish I had done more research. Yeep and DPD say they have no record of me depositing the parcel! These machines and companies are nothing but criminal stealing a parcel worth over £400. Do not go near them.

This review is from a landlord, not a user. Locker installed without any problems. Getting rent payments very quickly and without any hassle.

They say they have contacted me about an issue but have not!

My second experience after a complete fail a few months ago. Equally terrible. Phone can’t find locker after you have scanned parcel (twice, why?). No option to skip using app. Posting should be frictionless with the tech available now and this is the opposite. Avoid them if you can - I went to a shop much further away but an actual person.

Just the most useless experience. Avoid this awful company. I have no idea why UBS use them. There's app doesn't work, the lockers don't connect to the app. Failed to send

Needed the app for UPS kindle trade-in to Amazon. Downloaded fine. Thats is the only thing that worked. Told me I was in Warsaw despite me never having been there and disnt find my UK location. Reboot. Try again. UK.. good. But..QR code didn't work (not sure from instructions if it was meant to to). Manually entered barcode. Didn't find it despite it being right. Rebooted and tried again. Managed to get it booked (took about 4 attempts as no explanation about pending/waiting) and it selected a yeep locker 10 miles away, despite me choosing the one half a mile away. Switch to the local locker. Fine.
Get there. App keeps crashing. Keep trying.. nope. it knows I'm there and then closes. Try several times. Crashes each time. So...I still have the parcel. I will have to go to a real person in a different drop off palce that I will need to drive to.
Yeep is awful and reading the reviews, are all known issues. Amazon and UPS need a better partner. Yeep is yeeping off my phone as quickly as possible.

Avoid these lockers at all costs. Deposited an expensive DPD return at location YEEP2585. Took my QR code and deposited. No receipt. Over a week later DPD have no note of the parcel. No receipt from the locker. Emailed customer service, No reply in a week. Noticeably the location now doesn’t now show as a DPD drop point. Avoid these lockers at all costs

Very poor customer service
I had an issue with a DPD parcel that I deposited into a Yeep! locker. The locker accepted the parcel and confirmed the drop-off, but the parcel never properly registered in the system.
After contacting Yeep!, they eventually acknowledged that the locker had not synced correctly and told me they had scheduled a team to attend the locker and perform a synchronization, saying the parcel information should then update correctly.
The problem is the customer service has been extremely slow. They have been much quicker to respond publicly to reviews than to actually respond to my emails and deal with the issue directly. I have been left waiting for updates while my parcel remains unresolved.
To make matters worse, the Vinted order was automatically cancelled because the tracking never updated in time. Yeep! told me they would sort the locker issue, but I still haven’t received a proper update confirming that the problem has actually been fixed or telling me what has happened to my parcel.
I understand that technical issues can happen, but the lack of communication and urgency afterwards is unacceptable. If you’re using a Yeep! locker for an important parcel, keep your proof of drop-off and be prepared for potentially very slow customer support.

Easy to use, simple lockers but effective. Sent my sister a birthday present using these lockers via DPD and arrived safe and sound. No idea what the bad reviews are about! Seems to work fine

Originally Yeep were contacted on the 6th of August as they had an issue with a drop off locker and they had lost my parcel, after an initial response saying they would look into it I have now had nothing, no phone call, no emails nothing. Even when they make a mistake they still don’t seem to be able to help by rectifying it. My parcel is still lost and they have chosen to ignore me instead of deal with it.

Absolutely dreadful service. The app is invasive, laggy, and barely functional. Half the time the lockers won't connect or open, and when they do, your package gets swallowed into the system with no receipt or tracking update. It basically feels like a black hole that steals your items. Avoid YEEP! lockers completely.

If i could give this company 0 starts I would.
I tried to send off an item via Yeep. I followed all instructions and scanned the QR code followed by placing the item into the locker and closing it. I then saw the screen saying drop off cancelled despite my item still being inside of it. I tried to contact yeep however they have no customer service number which they clearly need after reading all of their negative reviews. I accepted my fate and went back home where i then contacted DPD and Vinted. Both were no help but something was telling me to go back to the locker. Despite not having the physical parcel I used the same QR code again and luckily the same door opened and i was able to take back the parcel and send it off using an actual shop. Horrible customer service and horrible communication between all partnering companies. If using vinted as either a buyer or seller please stay away from this company and DPD in general.

Terrible service, UPS parcel delivered to locker but no QR or code to collect. Keep being passed from the seller to UPS to Yeep but no one seems to be able to give me the code!!! Infuriating and wasted a lot of time chasing.

Absolutely awful, sold item on Vinted got DPD Barcode to scan to access locker at YEEP.. and when scanned a smaller locker opened, I placed my item a golf driver ahead worth £200 in the locker. I then closed the locker and it gave me an option of small, medium and large. I was then confused as I just placed my item in one of the lockers that the barcode opened… I got no confirmation of my order, and now Vinted have cancelled the order refunded the buyer and I am left with out any confirmation of my parcel and no contact information from YEEP or Vinted, DPD need authorisation from Vinted but they are impossible to get hold of as it’s just robots sending me messages back… useless. Lost my £200 driver head, and no one wants to help
