Service was great and the 2straps I…

Service was great and the 2straps I purchased for my galaxy watch looked great when they arrived. Problem is that the brown leather strap has already ripped around the pin that holds it on the case! I don't use the strap that often and it hasn't even lasted 12 months!
Well, after this review I was contacted by the customer service team and within 2 days a replacement was sent out to me. Excellent service on their part 👍🏾
