NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
Do not use this company if you are looking to long term rent in Cyprus. We signed a leasing rental agrement for 1 year, and thought everything was all right. There was some dark spots on the cupboards in the kitchen, we noticed this, but was told that it was nothing to be worried about. The house was fine the rental Manager said, so we went on with the deal and was very excited, and could not move in fast enough.
We moved in, was very happy for about 2 weeks, then we discovered that there was a foul odor from kitchen cabinets. We contacted the rental manager over the phone, she then came out to see and smell it herself. She smellt it too, said that it was certainly nothing, but recommended us to contact the owner of the house.
So we did.
The owner then came out, said it was nothing, and
gave us 2 2 euro dehumidifiers we could put in the cupboards.
At the same time they told us they had to travel to England for three months. We then told them that it was not okey, and we wanted a new kitchen, because we were afraid it was fungus.
They again said it was nothing, and then went to england for 3 months without contacting us the whole time.
We were while they were in England outside contact, sick of living in the sponge.
We came to suffer from severe daily head pain, nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, irreteret eyes and Influenza-like symptoms.
So we got scared and moved out of the house because they did nothing, and we were afraid for our health in the long term.
we contacted the agency and told our story, and said that the house was not suitable for housing, but no understanding, and we have not gotten our deposit of 600 euro back.
The same day we have left the house the rental agency advertised the house for rent on their web.
So they are totally indifferent to our health and other tenant's health. it is not ok, not professionally, but money avidly and recklessly.
