I have order Y,IWO clothing before - love the style and the quality is great.
I made an order recently. After 1 week of not hearing anything about it being shipped I contacted them. This resulted in 2 weeks of back and forth emails with them continually promising that my order was about to ship and then it not happening. I kept following-up with them until they finally said that they had an issue with their warehouse and they just didn't know when the order would ship.
This all seemed very suspect to me - after 3 weeks they still had no idea when my order could be shipped - so I asked them to cancel the order.
To be fair, they cancelled it immediately and the refund was processed quickly. (They use the SHOP app, so there is some safeguard there.)
Having ordered from them before, I would happily buy from them again - the clothing is great - but only if I could be confident that I would receive my order.

The shorts i received were great quality, but the customer service was awful. I was told my order had been dispatched, but it hadn’t. I had to send several emails which took days to be replied to. When my item arrived 3 weeks after ordering it was only a partial order. I asked when the final item would arrive they didn’t know. They didn’t seem to know my item was only partially shipped. When I emailed again they told me the t shirt was no longer in stock and gave me a refund.

I would love to order again, but the customer service is shocking that I doubt i will do.
