My first time buying a luxury watch and had an excellent experience dealing with Jay.

Jay managed to source exactly what I wanted in time for my wife birthday at a fair price. The whole process took less than 3 days and I visited YB’s office to collect.

Jay spent time showing me the watch and talking me through everything. I was nervous as a first time buyer but left feeling really happy with my purchase.

Very good experience with YB. I initially reached out about a 2024 Rolex GMT-Master II. While the first piece had already sold, they sourced another 2024 model within 24 hours. Communication was quick, the team was friendly, and the process was smooth throughout. Would happily buy from them again.

I reached out to Jay about a Rolex Submariner Date listed on their website. Jay was responsive and ensured adequate communication throughout the process. The pickup of the watch—even though I wasn't the one who picked it up—was seamless and with security. The price was also reasonable, given the market price for the specific timepiece I bought. My wife and I had been looking for a while for the perfect watches for us and had settled on Rolex but needed help and guidance. These chaps are brilliant. Both Oz and Jay were patient, shared ideas and gave us huge amount of comfort and advice as we went through the buying process. Nothing was too much effort and they hosted us several times at their premises in Hatton Garden. They sourced the two watches within weeks and were responsive, generous with their time and priced fairly. They are not pushy at all and understood how important it was for us to get the right spec and quality. We are delighted with our watches and had them in time for the festive holidays. Can’t recommend them highly enough and will be back!

Excellent seller and really straightforward, pleasant transaction. I dealt with Jay and nothing was too much trouble, good communication, great pictures and description of the watch and a fast delivery. Super easy, can't be faulted and would certainly recommend.

When I contacted Jay at YB he was very helpful, gave me a great price for my watch . When we collected the watch it was as described and both Jay and his colleague could not have been more professional. They are now my go to company for watches and jewellery.

It was a pleasure to deal with the YB Jewellers, messages were promptly replied and with a FaceTime call I decided to purchase my dream watch from them, parcel got delivered the next day as promised and was well packaged throughout with a little small gift at the side which was a very nice touch, watch itself is immaculate/unworn as described by their
website also sized properly without any scratches on the links and screws. All in all I am very happy with the service definitely will be looking to get more watches from YB in the future.
