Everytime I win and try to withdrawal it never happens. Their support is very rude and full of lies. The money gets taken off my balance instantly but then never gets processed. And if I go to support i get told more lies and I get talked down to. COMPLETE SCAM

After sending all the information to customer service one day later i received a reply that deposit was added on another account, which was not mine and not familiar with registered email address. After another two days still no reply, or money in my account. Very dissapointing, no solution offered or clarification. Not very reliable in this matter.

Crypto deposit got lost not once but twice, I was over looked and treated horrible by support staff. Once I got them to even look into my deposits it took multiple days to have my account credited, just to have my money drained by their games with no real bonus wins. Save ur time and money, this was the worst casino experience I have ever had!
So I was told yesterday that my deposit was approved to be credited to my account and that they were doing it, it is now the next day they still won’t put it into my account! They just say ur going to wait. It seems as tho writing this review has made them upset. I honestly don’t know what to do, they force me to do the only thing I can do (this), and then get mad when I do. I even tell them I feel I’m being pushed to this and filing formal complaint. Then they have the audacity to say “oh and with what tools r u going to do that. We suggest u wait.” This is all after have been approved to get my deposit. Mind u this the second time I’ve deposited, second time I have to go thru all of this. I’m terrified if I win any substantial amount what they will try to put me thru. Reading on askgamblers, multiple people said they don’t have a license after they reached out to company they advertise that they have one thru, apparently company said they currently do not have a license under them!!! So that was terrifying to read. Fingers crossed they credit my account, will let u know what happens tho.
