This is 1 of the better sweepstakes casinos in legal US states. They are fairly transparent, straightforward with policies...& I haven't run into any of the shadier issues that I have at other casinos. I generally enjoy playing at this casino. They give good bonuses and offer decent packages. Not to mention, they have good games. A lot of casinos take out the games that are lower volatility. Forcing you to choose higher volatility games. Yay hasn't done that and they keep the game interface as is (for the most part). I would recommend this casino as 1 of my top 4 favorite. Customer support is responsive as well. Ive only run into 1 issue and it's nothing that can't be fixed regarding my address changing. No ganeplay-disputes, or hidden terms where your sweepstakes coins' balance isn't honored. I have seen some bad business practices : incl an 8-month+ redemption time, Casinos refusing to pay out small sums you won during bonuses, and casinos keeping a 1/3 of your attempted redemptions (with no plans to give you the rest). You don't have to worry about those things playing at Yay.
