My overall experience was very good
My overall experience was very good. The package was a little more expensive than I had originally planned for, but the service quality made up for it. There were a few details regarding the hotel arrangements that needed coordination with the team in Madinah, but everything was handled properly in the end. The transportation was punctual, and the Ziyarat trips were well organized and comfortable. I came away satisfied with the experience.

He was always polite, professional, and willing to help whenever I had a question. Customer service like this is hard to find these days.
