I really like their meals. The portions are generous and, the taste is great. The delivery is often on time and they try to give you a call to adjust if needed.

I used the service for around 3 months. At first they cancelled sunday delivery and switched to tuesday AFTER i already bought the monthly package. When i told i could not be at home during that time they offered evening delivery which apparently means 17:30. Even though i pay extra to choose my meals, they replace some items without asking. Once i had a plastic piece come out of my food and when i told them they just wrote they are sorry on whatsapp. They give you a delivery time frame of around 6 hours so the expectation is that you sit at home and wait for the driver otherwise you can't receive the delivery. Sounds like a good idea at first but at this point cooking is easier and healthier.

This was our first week trying this service and honestly, we love it. Both of us work full-time, so we usually don’t have the time or energy to cook. We had tried one of those grocery delivery services before, but all the veggies kept going bad in the fridge, so it just didn’t work for us.

With this, it’s so much easier. The food is ready, the portions are good, and all we need to do is take it out of the fridge and warm it up. The meals are mostly Turkish home cooking, and for me it really feels like my mom made it.

My boyfriend is Dutch and normally doesn’t really care about food – he lives on sandwiches most of the time – but this week he kept saying how amazing everything tastes and that it was the best idea I had to order from here.

Delivery was smooth, no issues at all, and every dish we tried so far has been delicious. Definitely something we’ll keep ordering.

I have been ordering from Yasemin for almost 8 weeks now. It is always interestingly delicious, even for the food I expect not to be (for example, Kayseri yaglamasi, which is hard to pack and send). It really saves the day for me, I gladly left behind thinking about what to cook and spending a lot of time on it.

I have used this service for 4 months (16 weeks total of orders), and I have had problems with my order for 6 of those 16 orders. The food comes missing or wrong. At first they offered compensation (as they should). But now they make excuses to not compensate. Also compensation is not enough because we plan our week based on this food, so when 2 meals are missing then it changes your plan and it’s frustrating.
