I had cooperate with them twice

I had cooperate with them twice. Was more expensive than others but ok. Now I had sent them some mirrors and 5 relays and they want $4300 to ship them to me ( Cyprus ). Since last night ( ok we have 6 hours difference ) still nobody help me to send packages at least to other shipping agent I found, which wants $370 instead of Gonests crazy amount! Not again! Very unprofessionals!

AMAZING SERVICE.

Everything went great, I made the order of a chair on the 17th of December, and from that moment their support was amazing they were always available to answer my questions and to give me updates, the chair arrived on the 2nd of march and was in perfect condition, the shipping was by sea and took around 2 months. It was from China to Portugal.
I strongly advise anyone that wants to import something from china to use gonest as they are very good at what they do.
Their WhatsApp and Discord support is amazing and they answer very fast.
I will definitely use gonest again.

They are scammers

They are scammers. I ordered from them as an agent and then they said that they can't ship the items. As some of them were order, they wanted me to pay for the return and only after that, they would refund my money. After that I tried to ship different parcel with them and they again said that they cannot ship it because their route didn't support this kind of items. They said that only after I paid for the delivery to their warehouse, so I had to pay again for delivery to another shipping company. Today I tried 2 different parcels and guess what... They again said to me that their shipping route didn't support my items. The items were clothes and shoes. It is unbelievable. Their service is awful and every time this happens I am the one covering the expenses. They never even proposed to cover half the expenses because they didn't support. This is unacceptable service. I don't recommend anyone using this service, unless you want to spend all your money on return expenses.

For expensive products they scam you.

Hello,

I am submitting this as a formal complaint regarding my shipment and my order placed through Gonest.

I ordered and paid for an expensive product for my business in December last year. Since then, your company has repeatedly claimed that the shipment has been in a “random customs inspection” up to this day.

However, I have personally contacted the customs authorities in the destination country, and they have clearly confirmed that they have not even received the shipment and that it is not in their possession.

This means that your explanation is either false, misleading, or your company has failed to provide accurate tracking and documentation regarding the shipment.

In addition to this, when I contacted your customer service for clarification and proof, I was blocked. The only response I received was “wait,” without any valid evidence, documents, or resolution.

This situation is unacceptable.

I request the following immediately:
1. A written explanation of the shipment’s true status
2. Full shipping documents (B/L, AWB, booking confirmation, customs documents if any)
3. Proof of the shipment being handed over to the carrier
4. Correct tracking information
5. A clear resolution: delivery confirmation or full refund

If you fail to resolve this matter promptly, I will proceed with legal action and submit all communication records, including the fact that I was blocked, as evidence.

I had a package shipped to the…

I had a package shipped to the netherlands and i didn't know how it worked they have amazing customer service they have helped me place an order and ship it to the netherlands the shipping was great they have shipped it within 10 days. On the site you can track your shipment and see where it is in the browser or app so ohnestly i wil give it a 4 out of 5 beceause they say online that is shipped within 6 days but it doesn't matter to me.

Gonest has become one of my best …

Gonest has become one of my best agents so far since Sugargoo. I’ve done 3 hauls with them so far and I’m about to start my fourth . every single time there’s been any question related to parcel sorting, shipping or small delay with a parcel, I message Abby and he replies quickly, no matter the time.
What makes Gonest stand out is the super fast service they offer right now honestly, no other agent is matching it at the moment. Abby always goes the extra step: he personally checks with logistics, explains everything clearly, follows up until the parcel moves, and keeps me updated the whole way from consolidating the parcel till the parcel deliver to my door . Super patient, detailed, and you can tell he actually cares about getting it right.
If you’re looking for reliable, fast service with real help every step, Gonest (and Abby specifically) is excellent. Highly recommend
