They voided my winnings this site is BS Scam

I played several online sites before I found Yabby. This is a far superior place to play. I lost access to the email I used to set my account up. I made a deposit and won a little money when I went to withdraw I realized the problem with my email. I went to support live chat thinking it would be days, maybe never before I got things straightened out. Within a couple hours they fixed my problem and I had my winnings in my crypto wallet. I really couldn't believe my issue was fixed so fast. Anytime I want play online yabby will be my first choice

while I've had several good experiences with this site, this experience I had right now is kind of trifling why on earth would you send an email stating that for the next two deposits clean deposits that you make If you lose you get 100% insurance activated just contact customer service and then I do just that stating that's what I'm asking for and then they say nothing can be processed and then when I reiterate how is that even possible then they're like oh wait let me go check,

should you not have already done that? didn't you just say that you did that? so did you just get out of the chat wait 3 minutes and then come back and be like oh sorry nothing could be done and didn't do your job or you don't know how to do your job regardless kind of trifling The only reason I made the deposit is because that they emailed me saying that I had to be 100% insurance if they hadn't I wouldn't have deposited I would have played somewhere else

My first Withdrawal has been a fairly miserable, drawn out ordeal. In the end, I guess I did actually get both my winnings and my verification deposit though they were split up so I couldn't just get it all but whatever.
The entire process from the moment I first tried withdrawing took right around a week. Granted, half that time was my own doing but I just about lost my mind with the tedious, confusing, and seemingly senseless back and forth at the very end just to make the crypto transfer to happen & then still had to inquire further about the deposit money that had also vanished.

I actually liked this casino alot that is until my account was de activated and my withdrawl was taken. Let me explain. Basically long story short i was at a friends house and while over ther i was usimg his computer to play on this casino and wen i left i guesss my sighn in got saved bcs now wen he goes to log in in to his accoumt he sees he has $$ on it. So the dummy sent them his verification info on my account after talking to him he said it was an honest mistake i decided to email yabby and explain the situation but i was just sent sum automated msg sayi g the same thing about my account and fund being removed. I was hopi.g they would understand but so far my account is still disabled.

Still have not received my withdrawal

The payout itself was very quick and smooth. The verification before the payout was about as annoying as they could possibly make it, but I go into it understanding that's part of the gig unfortunately. Now that I'm fully verified i can withdraw within minutes. However, not being able to deposit to your existing balance and instead having to delete it first is nothing less than an obvious cash grab but again you if you go into these sites expecting anything other than minimal respect it's on you. Overall, 4/5 considering the alternatives

Even though there was a slight technical diffulty while withdrawing, that was handled almost instantly by support. I received my winnings in less than 20 mins. 10/10 would recommend. 100% legit.

I was screwed out of money that i won on a couple sets of free spins and my sunday free spins. I played all my spins each time and was ready to move on to the next set but i had to cancel the first set that i already played witch made no sence to me at all. There was nothing to cancel there were no more free spins so what was i having to cancel? Needless to say i hit cancel so i could play my next set of free spins well apparently according to the support person i canceled the money i won and there was nothing they could do to help me and they just ended the chat after that. Kinda rude if you ask me. Im all for legit and honest gaming and realize everytime you play your not going to win but i did win and i didnt get my winnings so that means that the casino wasnt being honest legit by not giving me what i won. And then not even trying to help figure it out or make it right tops it. Not impressed at all.
