They promised a refund within 10 business days. The support team responds to requests for a refund, but I still haven't seen any results after a month. Every time the same message from the support team: "I can see you need an updated on a previously requested refund issue." If you are unhappy with X-VPN and want a refund, forget about your money.

I paid with crypto for X-VPN while…
I paid with crypto for X-VPN while living in Iran, hoping it would help bypass censorship and play games. It didn’t. None of the protocols work — ping is high, packet loss is constant, and support just gives copy-paste answers. When I asked for a refund, they refused, saying crypto is “non-refundable.”
Save your money. Don’t trust a VPN that takes your cash and leaves you hanging.

This vpn service is wonderful. It can be even used in countries where it is difficult to access vpn. Had some issues when I downloaded and tried to use it. But I contacted customer support. They guided me step by step and fixed my problem so quickly. Honestly having tried various vpns. This is far the best. And what is truly great is that their customer support is knowledgeable,quick and solve the problem well. I am very happy with the product and their service.

This service is an absolute scam
This service is an absolute scam, and I feel obligated to warn others. After just a few days, they blocked my account and even deleted the email associated with it! When I contacted their support, they shamelessly replied, 😂😂 You resold the account,” even though I only used it on one phone for my personal use.
Do not waste your money on this service. If you buy it, you’ll find that maybe one server works and even that is terrible. They’re scammers who don’t care about their customers. Avoid this service at all costs!

IP CHANGE EVERY TIME !
The worst VPN I've ever used is really bad. I have accounts on LBank and Binance, and even though I'm using a German IP, both exchanges register my IP as being from the USA. I contacted support, but they didn't follow up and gave irrelevant responses. I wish I could send a screenshot to prove that I'm using a German VPN, but it's registering as a US IP.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this service, and I feel compelled to warn others. I purchased the product through the Microsoft Store, hoping for a reliable VPN service. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. The app was nothing like what was advertised — it’s extremely unreliable and doesn’t provide the features it claims to. Many of the servers didn’t work at all, and the ones that did were unstable, constantly dropping connections.
What’s even more frustrating is that I couldn’t get any support, and when I tried to get a refund, I was ignored. I’ve lost both my money and valuable time. Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying this app. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers and only want to make a quick profit.
Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this service. It’s a complete waste of money.

“I want to share my disappointing experience with X VPN. I purchased two accounts to cover my ten devices, but both turned out to be scams. None of their servers worked, including the UAE servers, which I specifically needed for Binance during my trip to Sweden. Surprisingly, even though there’s no filtering in Sweden, they couldn’t provide a functional server.
It seems the company is on the verge of bankruptcy, and after purchasing, your money just gets stuck in their unsettled system. Avoid wasting your time and money on this unreliable service.

Wow! After 3 months of use they disabled my premium sub. I bought the sub the legit way and somehow my sub is gone. You can’t even login to more than 5 devices. The moment you login to the 6th device, their system forces you to change password via email and logs out all signed in accounts.

I don't recommend using and buying this VPN at all. After I bought it,I had a premium account for 4 months. Last week, they noticed that my account was blocked and set to free mode! The support told me that you used more than the allowed limit, which was not the case at all, they did not have enough reasons and documents and did not refund the amount.🤦

They disabled my subscription without any excuse and when I contacted them they said I used it on more than 10 devices ( their own system do not let you login on more than 5 devices you have to logout on of them to login another one) which is not making any sense. They said something against their own system 😂
