Poorly run company

They have good pricing on the vape I was looking for and then it went downhill. No confirmation email for my order, no shipping information. Customer services is non-existent. I called 5 different times at all hours and always got voicemail. Emailed 4 different times about my order and no response. I had to dispute the charge to get my $$ back. Horrible company.

Do not buy anything from this site

Do not buy anything from this site. If you don't believe any of us all you have to do is attempt to leave a product review. Reviews can only be left by white list ip addresses meaning that all of there reviews are from employees not customers. Plus the cheap quality of their products anything with a battery will only last you 2 weeks and there's no way to leave a review to warn others

WARNING!!! Total scam "company" !!! Their 12 month warranty is a scam to get your purchase. They don't reply to warranty emails whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM XVAPE!

Our warranty applies to all XVAPE devices purchased through authorized retailers or our official website. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor claims for products bought through third-party resellers or unauthorized sites, as we cannot confirm the chain of custody, purchase date, or whether the device may have been previously used.

If your purchase was through an authorized retailer, please reach out to us again at support@xvapeusa.com with your proof of purchase, and we’ll ensure your claim is reviewed right away. For customers buying through verified partners, we replace defective items as quickly as possible.

We appreciate the feedback and will continue improving how we communicate warranty coverage so customers feel confident and supported.

XVape Avant is less than three…

My XVape Avant is less than three months old. Limited use. Sent a video to mfr. showing the issue. Got three replies telling me to use a different charger? Tried their suggestion; same situation shuts off after nine seconds. Biggest complaint is XVape customer service! Will not respond to either calls or emails. Very poor company

Disappointed in lack of customer service

I had been a customer of XVape since 2018. I really liked their products and their price point.

I ordered atomizers for my Vista Mini last week. Recived an unsealed envelope with a packing slip inside but no atomizers. I have tried contacting every customer service avenue available on the internet to no avail. Complete crickets.
I gave them a week to contact me, nothing. I went to my bank and have started a dispute. I wasn’t even mad about this until they ignored me. It’s a shame, too because that Roffu looks awful sweet and I’m in the market for a new flower vape.

02/29/2024 — Xvape did send my two atomizers! They also sent me an extra one for my troubles. I forgive you XVape!!

Like to give the biggest shout out at…

Like to give the biggest shout out at xvapeusa.com and Mr Keith Nash for the awesome help I've received from his company, he bent over backwards for me and not only had my starry 3.o replaced for me when I had problems and couldn't get help seemed like anywhere ,and he stepped up to the plate and more than pleased me when he reached out to me with a phone call, awesome company awesome man thank you Mr Nash

The support was amazing and fast!

The support was amazing. They sent me a brand new bubbler after mine had arrived cracked from ups throwing my boxes. It also showed up FAST! I want to thank the team for an awesome product.

Excellent people.

I bought an Xvape Vista Mini through a third party retailer. When the wireless charging conked out, I contacted Xvape for support and they straight up sent me a new one. Not only a brand new one, but also with an extra heating element, and extra glassware. The old one wasn't even broken, it was just the wireless charging that had gone.
