I warn against cooperation with this company

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to warn everyone against working with XTG S.A. My recent experiences with this company have been very negative, especially regarding refunds for defective products.

Despite accepting my complaint and issuing a corrected invoice, the company has not refunded my money for a long time. Multiple attempts to contact them have resulted in no response, promises from employees that are not kept, and constantly changing stories. Some representatives inform me that the refund has been processed, others mention transfer confirmations, while yet others state that the company will present its position. Ultimately, this ended with an attempt to force me into accepting unfavorable conditions long after issuing a correction obligating them to refund the full amount I paid for the product. Such actions are against the law and highly unprofessional. As of today, September 5th, 2024, I have not received my money back, and the refund deadline passed on August 21st-22nd, 2024.

If anyone is considering working with XTG S.A., I advise extreme caution. The company does not fulfill its obligations to customers, and further attempts to contact them or recover funds could be lengthy and stressful.

The company shows no willingness to reach an agreement with a customer who has previously spent a significant amount of money with them and was prepared to make additional purchases in the future.

I do not recommend this company and urge everyone to think twice before deciding to work with them, as they may face the same struggles I am currently experiencing to recover my own money.

The case has been referred to a law firm to pursue debt collection due to the company's complete disregard for me as a client. If necessary, I am prepared to take legal action.

Despite all these issues, I am still open to discussions. I am even willing to remove my review and close the case with the law firm, but I assume the company does not care about its reputation online or among business partners, given its actions to date, and will likely ignore the situation.

terrible company who claimed they coudl…

terrible company who claimed they coudl not sent a motherboard I ordered via Amazon to the UK due to Brexit, I then asked them to sent it to a German address instead. After two weeks it still did not arrive and when asking about the status they told me they sent the order to another customer in Spain and I shoudl deal with them. They became very argumentative and claimed they don't sell via Amazon whereas it was THEM who contacted me about this order.

Just prices and nothing more

Company has good prices. That's it and no more pros and from there only cons. Should you trust it? Not really. Should you rely on their delivery dates? No. Have been working with that company for 6 months and spend more than 200K for this company and 8 times from 10 there are always problems with deliveries and other stuff. Even when you got invoice for products and had paid it you can even then be ensure that you will get your ordered products. So we are currently and actively looking for other company to replace XTG because it's reliabilty driven us crazy.

xtg.pl unreliable company

Unreliable company, we have placed an order of 15 pieces of Xiaomi mobile phones, we have arranged to pay in advance by bank transfer and after much insistence on our part, the salesman Wojtek Kania tells us that he cannot accept our money and that they send the transfer back, we ask to do it as soon as possible and this commercial tells us that the transfer has started but instead it is not true, we ask the accountant for the transfer and we have no answer from Wojtek Kania, to date the money has not yet arrived, bad company and bad staff avoid shopping if you don't want to lose your money.
