The customer service - second to none. I needed navigational help the first time I used the product, and I was under work-imposed time constraints. Via the live chat function, the Xtensio's boss himself, directed me, step by step, to get my project completed. Amazing.

Great templates to use for personas and customer journey maps to help with my Uni work, the only negative thing is some limitations on the free account.

The variety of demographics ideas that made me think wow but about map demographics I couldn't find Lebanon only that was a bumper

So far I've only used Xtensio to make personas and I'm liking the possibilities the website is offering. I look forward to trying out more and for the future improvements. Though I have to regret the limit to drafts that I find too little even for the free usage.

I am very disappointed and even outraged by this company. Only a few months of cooperation, but the experience is negative. They are slow to respond to emails, and when it comes to paying the bill for the work done - everyone disappears. Payments are very late, but the worst thing is that no one bothers to answer emails, no matter who you write to. Or they respond when it seems convenient. I do not recommend freelancers to work with them.

Good tool for collaboration and presenting projects, as a user experience, I had a new way to upload data and display UI/UX, which was easy and handy for marketing, sales, or investors.
