XTB Online Investing 

XTB seems to be the most straight forward broker out there. Really simple, really clear, crisp and easy to use app and website.
Safe and quick deposits, and quite quick support.

Would recommend to everyone, and I believe their 4* rating is only due to people not understanding financial

I registered by a promotion, never payed. They say that you have one free repsol stock and naver happend. When I try to talk with them by mail, they never answer.

I found their live chat support to be painfully slow.
I waited ~1 hour for an answer about leverage (which isn’t covered in their FAQ), and eventually gave up and closed the chat.

If they were any slower, you'd travel back in time. Not necessarily a bad thing, they might be the next Einstein, but someone should remind them they're in finance, not quantum mechanics.

I’ve had a very positive experience using the XTB platform so far. The entire process has been smooth, and the communication has been transparent throughout. I also found the guide videos to be particularly helpful—they provide clear, practical instructions that make navigating the platform much easier. Overall, it’s been a user-friendly and supportive experience.

I’m not the only one having difficulty withdrawing my own funds…. They are happy when you are adding funds. But when you wish to withdraw them… well that’s a difficult and frustrating process. And all it has done is make me want to withdraw everything as there is now a trust issue!

I would recommend that anyone not a professional money manager should avoid this platform like the plague.
I paid the “taxes” on 95k, the supposed profit, then said oh no, you made 100,200 that’s. 10% higher tax bracket. Now my principal and supposed profit is stuck until I somehow find another 10k. I am doomed to loose every penny I’ve invested in this Terrible platform

Great platform and very easy to interact with the financial objetcts. Comparing to other brokers, I think it lacks on more etfs, especially regarding criptocurrencies and small caps companies

The plateform is OK, and it all looks quite perfect when trading there. Problem is : they inflict huge volatilities from time to time, which we DO NOT see on other plateforms (same product traded, same time, same everything). This generates big losses even when stop loss are well set and well before the lows or highs they inflict with those crazy volatilities.

I have been a client of XTB Limited for over a year and recently experienced serious issues with their handling of my account.

On 24–25 June 2025, XTB inadvertently allegedly credited my account twice with a total overpayment of £837.62. I was unaware of this error until they emailed me on 1 July.

Rather than returning the overpaid £837.62, XTB froze all unrelated, fully realised withdrawals- totalling £1,530.31 across proceeds from various equities -without proper notice or contractual basis.

They offset the £837.62 against my withdrawals, leaving me just £692.69, even though FCA CASS rules require prompt return of segregated client monies.

Despite their claims of 13 call attempts and two emails on 25 June, I received no voicemails, SMS, or email delivery/read confirmations. Critical client-money matters were communicated poorly.

XTB’s compliance team implied they would seek to recover legal costs if I pursued a complaint or court action-an intimidatory tactic inconsistent with fair customer treatment under FCA Conduct Rules.

Even after multiple emails and formal complaints, they took over a week to return the overpaid funds and still refuse to release unrelated withdrawals in full.

XTB’s mishandling of a simple duplicate payment, combined with unlawful offsetting of unrelated client funds, inadequate notification processes, and unprofessional threat of legal costs, has caused me significant stress, overdraft fees, and a loss of trust. I would strongly caution anyone considering XTB for share dealing or trading-especially if timely access to your own money is important to you.

I am currently closing my open positions to move to another FCA-regulated dealing platform.

Payouts take to long and office useless check there app for honest reviews and alway check 1* reviews , withdraw take to long and they close all cash outs at 1 o'clock on Friday !!! Withdrew on Friday it's Monday 3 o'clock still nothing .

XTB is good for investing and swing trading, but for day trading and fast pace not so good. They are too slow. And until their smart order routing push your order to stock exchange, you could end up in negative even when you sell in positive and to uptrend. Another thing that I saw is freezing of the chart and price change for 15 minutes and it was not for the first time. The price did not change and no new candles were shown. Another thing that I saw was when I have bought a stock it was bought higher than the candle price. So candle was not on the level that the stock was bought it was quite a bit lower. And I even saw my trade cancelled without my involment one time. So I see many problems. You see less in slow pace trading and investing but you see them with day trading. But I give them one more chance I will trade slower. If some problems repeat I will think about ending my journey with them. For investing and swing trading they are good.

Opened new account was quite simple and straightforward. Funding my new account was also quick and simple. I like the user interface and there’s everything I needed to start trading straight away. I chose XTB because it had other great reviews online and now I find myself writing one. Good luck with your new trading life!!

They have the best and easiest trading software, but unfortunately they caused me successive losses, and I was trying to recover my losses because of their XStation software, which had many errors during news time, especially when it happened to me 4 times, causing losses, and I was not able to take the compensation except once only.

I was initially attracted to XTB’s Stocks & Shares ISA because of the 2% bonus interest on uninvested funds for 90 days. I opened my account and submitted a request on the XTB app to transfer funds from my existing ISA accounts on 25 April.

XTB stated that transfers could take up to one month, so I expected everything to be completed by 25 May—meaning I would still be eligible for about two months of bonus interest.

However, no transfer request was sent to my existing providers until 23 May, and even then, only for my Stocks & Shares ISA with Trading 212. The request for my 212 Cash ISA was completely omitted.

When I contacted XTB support, the agent claimed the requests had already been sent and told me to check with 212. I received a reply from 212 within minutes—they provided me with the latest transfer request records, which clearly showed that no request had been received from XTB.

I’m not interested in assigning blame—I simply asked XTB to properly initiate the transfer. But instead of taking action, I was told they would “check with the relevant department.”

I don’t trade actively, so I can’t comment on XTB as a trading platform. But in terms of customer service, ease of fund management, and app usability, my current provider is far more reliable and promising.

I am actually using XTB and I am very happy about it, great Trading Platform, very fast ejecution, all is Perfect!.

I've had an account with XTB for a month. It's good, with no minimum deposit and a free withdrawal fee if you withdraw over £50 or $50. Many equities to invest in, options and commodities to trade. Carefully on CFDs, for investors, you have to check twice before hitting the buttons. Ultimately, all is great! I hope they have more to update soon.
