You don’t get what you order
Ordered 3 face masks, only received one mask. Masks are fake, cheap foreign fakes. Have reached out to customer service. They stated to return mask for refund. I should not have to pay return freight on a fake product that does not have any of the advertised features. So they ransom you money until you pay to get your honest money back. DO NOT SHOP XPRESS GOODS!!

I’ve been a customer to xpressgoods for the past 6 months and it has never disappointed me. The shipping was pretty fast, their communication is awesome and they also changed the color of the product for me and shipped the right one with ease. I would be a constant customer to them!

I ordered a slim face device from this…
I ordered a slim face device from this company, waited for two weeks for my order to come in.. when it came in I got some cheap notebooks they deliverd to me my receipt clearly said I paid for a fave slim device.. it's been almost a month in half I been emailing them for a refund they asked me to send them pictures of what I received almost 3weeks ago and it will take then 24 to 48 hours to give me my refund.. it's been now 3 weeks after emailing them over 4 times after the 48hrs after o left a bad review is the only time they have responded back and have ignored all my other messages. Today's again I sent them a email and they told me they want more pictures I have already sent them pictures... Please make sure you do NOT order from this company it's a SCAM they will send you cheap notebooks or whatever they have in handy looks like I paid $45 for some $2 note pads which I did not order and they are not giving me refund... Also they keep dreading my reviews. I'm sure any good review for this company is fake.. I'm clamming a dispute against this company with my bank hopefully other people will too. And get this website shut down!

Furthermore, we noticed you have sent multiple emails about your order and wrote negative reviews, our customer service team have responded for every single of email/review of yours asking for additional images that shows you received the wrong package but haven’t received any additional details.
We also sent you a shipping label used to ship the order, which clearly displays the weight of the order and product shipped.

Xpress Goods Has Hurt Their Reputation.
I appreciate with all of the turmoil due to deliveries in 2020, that some companies had good intentions of sending orders.
Xpress Goods has severely hurt their reputation by not being able to deliver their order, and compounded the problem by not being transparent with their customers.
I made a purchase at the beginning of December that has yet to be delivered. I was able to find the same items on Amazon who delivered them to me in 2-days.
