Xplora just gets better

Yet again another amazing product from Xplora. It’s been so carefully thought out to fit the needs of the parents and child alike. Features touch screen for ease of use. Messaging with emoji and voice notes with my daughter said is very cool and a built in pedometer to name but a few but these are the highlights for my daughter. If you’re not ready to give in to them having a phone this is the best product for the solution.

Highly recommend

We have the kidzi watch for our 4 year old and it is a total godsend. He has autism and is a runner so the tracking part of it is brilliant and he loves that he can use the watch to earn coins to download games.

A brilliant watch!

The company really has put a lot of time and thought into their products. Not only do they look very sleek and child/ parent friendly they also have so many features placed into this products making it a great smart watch for children.

Awful customer service!

Awful customer service!
Unable to contact anyone, no contact number, only a useless chat bot to speak to. Received a watch strap for a watch we had already purchased. It is far too small just want to return it for an exchange or refund within the 30 days.
Why is there no return process. Or an answer from anyone. Very unprofessional company and very poor service.

The product was delivered

The product was delivered, no problems there. Customer agents that I did speak with were friendly in tone and quite helpful. The problem lies with the setup. Nothing should be so difficult and unclear to set up. I lost interest when I kept trying and failing, and then, waiting for emails back, it's time consuming. It's been quite a disappointing experience and I have not even managed to set the watch up nor use it months later. I will try again, hopefully will get it going one day soon, but I can't see it serving much more purpose than being a "toy" for the little ones.

Amazing watch

The Explora watch is amazing! I got it for my 7-year-old daughter, and she uses it every day to stay in touch with me and her dad. I set it to school mode to minimize distractions in class, so she can send me voice messages or even just an emoji. It’s a great way for us to connect throughout the day!

Good experience but strap broke

The watch came quickly and was easy to set up. My daughter absolutely loves it and uses it all the time to talk to family members.
The only negative was the strap buckle broke after a couple of days and we couldn't fix it as we lost some of the parts. I did email to try and get a replacement but didn't receive a reply so I've had to order one from amazon.

Xlora x5 - cannot make / recive calls

Watch would be nice if it was working!! The customer service is useless!!
We bought this watch 2 months ago and it doesn't call / receive any calls. We keep writing to the customer service!! We are so fed up we will probably buy another one as thos one doesn't work!!!
The customer service take every time a week at least to answer.

Amazing watch!

The Xplora X6 watch has been an excellent purchase for my 9-year-old son. I absolutely love the safety features it offers, giving me peace of mind while still allowing him some independence. One standout feature is the ability to control who he can call and message, ensuring that he’s only in contact with trusted family and friends. The School Mode is a game-changer too, as it keeps him focused during class time by disabling non-essential functions. I’m particularly impressed by the Safe Zone feature, which alerts me if he leaves a designated area. Brilliant watch and brilliant company

Brilliant watch and brilliant company!
Received this watch for my little girl who is just turning 4 but really getting into fitness so this watch has been the perfect gift for her! The gps tracking works really well and comes in very handy when checking how my daughter and her father are on there nature walks 😊. The company in its self are amazing and so helpful, communication is brilliant! Cannot fault this watch at all!

Good for tracking and secure calls /messages

We have had a couple of Xplora watches now and my 6 year old really enjoys using them. He loves the call and message features as well as being able to take videos and photos. We as parents like being able to track him when he is playing down the street and like the control we have over who he can contact with the watch, as he can only make & receive contact with numbers we have programmed in.

This is our second watch from Xplora

This is our second watch from Xplora. The battery has improved massively. My son is 6 and loves it. The location is sometimes a hit or miss but he's always with us so that's not an issue overall for us.
Great watch and very pleased with it. :)

My 7 year old smart watch is brilliant, the games a features are great , very easy to learn. My son enjoys using his watch. I recommend this product for any child from age 6+

Replacement received after overheating watch…

My daughter’s watch recently overheated when we were overseas on holiday. My initial contact with Xplora was ignored (I used the Contact Us option on their website) so I followed up a couple of weeks later with another request to contact me. This time I made them aware I had cancelled my subscription. After that I received a prompt response with instructions to try and resolve the problem. This didn’t work, and I was told to return the faulty watch and they sent me a link to order a replacement free of charge. I did this and received the new watch within a few days. I think I have been very lucky having read some of the reviews on here!! But thankfully my issue was resolved fairly easily.

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. Watch doesn’t work. Shows child in a completely different part of the country on two occasions. Doesn’t refresh easily. But what is worse is the customers service. There is none. You cannot speak to anyone. You have to talk to a bot to get a reply from a ‘human’ colleague- and you do what they say- still doesn’t work- and you wait for another reply and that takes a week- but even the there is no conversation, just a list of things to do to avoid a return. All the while your child is going to school and there is no way of knowing if he’s there without calling.
I had to raise 3 tickets to get a response.i am waiting again for a reply- it has been 4 days. Its really just not good enough.
I have to buy an Apple SE- not bad option if you’re looking.
The watch is going back. Do not buy from this company. It’s not worth the hassle of the safety of your kids. Good luck.

We got this for my daughter as she is always wanting to play with my Apple Watch and thought it was great to see a kids version. She has been having so much fun with it, it’s easy to use and she’s loving that it’s pink too!

Greatest Smart Watch We've Owned

What a fantastic item.
This is our second watch from Xplora and improvements have definitely been made.
My daughters watch battery lasts a good 2-4 days.
I can track her as she walks from school to my work and can call her if needed. The line is nice and clear.
We absolutely love the "school mode" feature. We set the school times and in the hours she is at school the watch is just that ... a watch. At 3.10pm when school finishes, her watch "unlocks" all the other features.
She gets independence and I get peace of mind.

our third product!

We now have three products from Xplora and have found each to have their own pros and cons. We've now had this one for a number of months.
The Kidzi has been a great piece of 'between' tech for us with our 10 year old as she grows and we work on her independence ahead of going to secondary school next academic year. We've also found the Xplora team to be extremely helpful providing great customer service and advice we could believe in.
Our 10 year olds review is:
"Stylish, big enough not to forget it and comfortable. its great that i can keep in touch with people who are important to me. my auntie even has the app! the messaging has always been limited but i love sending voice notes"
and from us as parents:
"this piece of tech gives daughter, 10, the independence she craves in equal measure with the supervision she still needs. being able to see where she is when she is out of eyeline (further up the street) means we know how to find her and she knows we can see this so doesn't venture out of bounds.
the most useful feature for us by far is the messaging, she knows we will be reachable as long as she has signal and can play without fear but we can still call her in without having to leave the house if her brother is asleep or if we are in the middle of another task."
We know the days without a phone are most likely numbered however this is a great piece of tech for bridging that gap and teaching her the responsibility and safety tips she needs as she grows in the world. we look forward to keeping our favourite watch to pass on to her younger brother in time (as long as the app is available!)
