DO NOT BUY: Unreliable delivery and zero customer accountability

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from the XPENG accessories site.
I placed an order with an advertised delivery estimate of 7–15 days. It has now been 21 days—well beyond the expected timeframe—with still no delivery in sight and tracking stuck on "Unknown."
To make matters worse, their legal terms explicitly state that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and that the risk of loss passes entirely to the customer the moment the item is handed to the carrier. This means if your package is delayed, lost, or stuck in transit, they take zero responsibility and leave you holding the bill.
Based on this terrible shipping experience and their complete lack of accountability in their terms, I can absolutely not recommend anyone to buy anything from the XPENG accessories site. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
