They are unresponsive to such a point that you find yourself left in the dark at some point that you need urgent information or guidance. I am trying to inform MUP about my address change. They told me that they will handle everything but I got my own appointment, now they are not helping me to sort my problem as I have some issues that the company need attendance to. Stay away! Oh, also, their other name is Nestlers.

Hello. Let me start by saying that we were genuinely happy to begin working with you, but the difficulties that have come up in the process are already crossing all boundaries it feels like we are simply not being heard. The issue is that my wife and I were hired together for the same position, and we must fly together, which we have repeatedly informed you about.

In addition to this, there were several unclear situations with the documents: some were required at first, and then it turned out they weren’t needed. We’ve spent a lot of time on this instead of the planned 3 months, the process has already taken nearly 5 and may stretch to 6. I truly understand that relocation is not an easy task, but when the same mistakes keep happening over and over, we simply have no strength left to endure it.

The last straw was that, despite my repeated requests and warnings that we need to fly together and that we need to be informed at least a month in advance
because we must resign, move out, and fulfill our obligations here what happens? My wife receives a message saying she must appear in Belgrade in 4 days on a date that is convenient for you, without any coordination or notice. This is extremely distressing. I am exhausted and frustrated.

I’m sure you have wonderful people working in your company, but what is happening right now is simply unacceptable.
