While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Worest Service

The express service for the UK is very disappointing. They promise delivery within 3-5 days, but it actually takes 15 days. Their so-called "express service" is even slower than the LITE service they advertise.

If you try to file a claim or cancel an order due to their delays, they completely ignore you. Instead of helping, they just copy-paste the same response: "Sir, this was the previous service." They refuse to process claims or refunds, even when it’s clearly their fault.

This is not a one-time issue—almost every shipment is delayed, and for the UK, it happens 100% of the time. They mislead customers with false delivery timelines and charge high fees for express service, which is actually slower than regular shipping.

When you talk to the account manager, they ignore your concerns about refunds. They just say, "Sir, the package has been delivered." But what’s the point of delivery after 10 days when it was supposed to arrive in 3-5?

They should refund the shipping cost plus at least 40% of the amount if a package is delivered late (1-2 days delay is acceptable). If an order is canceled due to their delay, they should issue a full refund.

Their updates are not reliable, and tracking is not updated on time. Their service is terrible for both the UK and the US, where "express" delivery still takes 10-12 days.
