XiMenJie at Jurong East sucks

XiMenJie at Jurong East sucks. Take-away for large-sized drinks went smoothly.

Their menu at ximenjie dot wafflepos dot com did not work well. There was at first no need to choose between Take-away or Dine-In. I asked a bespectacled lady and she said just log in with my mobile number. That went through. I returned to my seat.

In the next screen, i picked Dine-In. The next screen - nothing responded unless you randomly clicked around. And if you cld get in, you are shown more options as to size servings and extra food ingredients. From here, nothing works.

I approached the same lady who tapped on my mobile phone and nothing responded. She simply said may be it is my phone issue. Although polite, she did nothing to take my order manually.

I left to eat elsewhere.
